Bought a ps4 controller. Realized it felt weird and was malfunctioning. Took it apart and compared it to my other controller only to find that its def a fake. Fake battery, terrible solder points, even the circuit board is completely off. If you have kids and wanted to buy them a controller your better off paying at full price at Target or Walmart.

My 5 year old accidentally throw my iphone 6 and totally shattered the glass. The camera also came out. I was in panic mode. I went to Smart Tech, the guys were really nice. They calm me down and told me that they will take care of everything. Just give them 30 min. I came back in 30 min and my phone is up and running. The tech Momen tested the screen, touch, speakers, front and back cameras with me to ensure that I was satisfied. Compared to 2 other places that I called before hand, Smart Tech also gave me the best price.

DO NOT Come here. The owner there is rude and their prices are actually more expensive than thier retail value. Seriously, ask for a product then Google the name. Thier headsets go up to 60 bucks when they retail for 30 in Target.. Target literally sells them cheaper than most of thier electronics. Also their return policy is a trap. No refunds. Exchanges within a small time window. Red flag!

Thank you for repairing my iPhone 6 Plus. I took my phone to Cell World to repair. They totally messed up. It wouldnt event come on line. I took to Smart Tech Ready on the way out of the mall. It took them a bit but they were able to get it online. These guys were very understanding and awesome. My new favorite electronics store!!!!

I took my Laptop to Smart Tech Ready. Knowing that I am a student they expedited my repair and did a fantastic job. I was up and running in no time. I was charged far less than what Best Buy quoted me. They also have lot of nice gadgets. Good place to shop and get your devices fixed.

While my iPhone was getting fixed, I got cover and screen protector for my iPhone. I also got a complete home studio set for my selfie and video blogging. I am excited.

Awesome place to get you Gadgets Fixed. This is my 3rd visit to this place. I got my iPhone 8 repaired here yesterday. They did such a great Job that it prompted me take time and write this review. I thought that it wasnt reparable. I took it to apple in Walnut Creek as I was nearby when I dropped it and cracked the screen so badly. Apple declined to repair. So I took it to them and now I have my baby back. Thank you

Do not go to this store this place will rip you off and they do not stand behind their service. Just warning you. They ripped me off of $200. They repaired my iPhone display. The next day it stopped working. When I called them they immediately blamed me for dropping it. I didn’t drop or mishandle the phone whatsoever. They refused to fix it or give me my money back. Will never go there again nor would I recommend anyone to go there. I’m thinking about taking them to small claims court just on principle alone

I went to the store to buy a used laptop and they had just what I needed, a used laptop with Windows 7!Great price, so far so good!Only reason I would not give them 5/5 is the aloof staff running the shop for the manager/owner? when I went there to pick up the laptop.Product was delivered on time and stated price!I like their new location and shop!If you dont need the latest and greatest in laptops but need a good working laptop at a good/great price, this is the place in Antioch!

Best repair place ever.I have taken my iPhone 7 Plus to these guys last week and worked with the technician on site. They were very professional. My phone was totally blacked out. Not only they did a great job repairing the phone, they kept me in loop with all the details. Before I left they tested common functionality with me such as screen, touch, speaker, camera and etc. This is my 4th repair in the past 1 year with various iPhone and shops in the area and this store is the best one of them all thus far.

I was in town for business about a months back. My iPAD stop working and I had all my materials in it. I took it to a repair place next to the mall and I was told that it will cost $225.00 to fix. I found Smart Tech on the web and drop by the shop for opinion. Shawn, the repair tech was very professional and did a detailed intake of my device. He asked me if I could walk around and come back in 5 min. Once I came back, I found my iPAD connected and charging. The screen was on and the device was live. It was my charger that went bad. He gave me a complete original charger for $35.00 that is going very strong still. Thank God. I was able to use my device that day and got a big sale. AND it only cost me $35. I would recommend these guys any day. Great and fun place for lot of different gadgets and great place to get your devices fixed.

About week and a half I got my iPhone Screen repaired in 20 min. This place is awesome. I broke my iPhone 7 plus screen today. Found this place on the way driving to Best Buy. They were much cheaper. Very professional. They gave me also 90 day warranty with repair for free.We had 2 laptops sitting in house one with cracked screen and another one infested with virus. I was so happy with their iPhone Repair service that I gave them these to fix Monday. I just pick them up today. Laptops are awesome. They did a great job getting these squared away for my daughters. I was about to buy one new laptop. Just saved about $400 to $500.Computer tech Mohammed is a very nice guy. Seems like Manager/Owner not sure. He is been fixing computer since 1994. The guy know what he is doing. Gave me lot of great tips as well. Good place

Great place to get your Phones, Laptops and Gadgets fixed.I took my iPhone 7 plus for repair to a nearby location. When I came back I found my home button stopped working. I took back the phone to the repair place and he tried for 30 min and couldnt fix the home button and on top of that the Connect to iTune started to show up. They guy didnt have a computer to connect the phone to iTune. Can you beleive that!!. I end up getting my money back and a phone worst than before. On the way out of the mall I found Smart Tech Ready.They took my phone in. They were very gentle and assuring. Took about 1 hour, Smart Tech restored the phone first. Then they tried multiple different things as I patiently waited. Afterwards I was presented with a fully working phone. I paid the same amount of money. They also gave me a screen protector for free to make me happy as i was so stressed out.Thank you Smart Tech. I will reffer many of my friends to you guys. Thanks
