This guy was courteous fast and on time

Honest. The driver doesnt like to play games. Thats mean he will do it or cant do it honest telling you to look for closer cab if he Far away. Most of people want the taxi right away can not wait for the driver 15 minutes to get to there location. Some time they called 2 companies to get the fastest one. The next time you will not service them they write bad review.

Filled out an online form for a pickup with 17+ hours of notice. Never got a reply and when I finally did get someone to answer the phone, they were very rude and told me they had no idea about my form and that their guy had it in his schedule and would call me back. Never got a call back and the driver never arrived for the pickup. Terrible customer service. If you want dependability and professionalism, these are not your guys.

Impossible to deal with. A suburban cab company that will not schedule a pick up time in advance. Evidently the company policy is to not allow a prearranged pick up time at the train station. Its never really an option to hail a cab in Lake County and if a company will not book a reservation then what good are they?

Tried to get a ride to the very last train scheduled to leave. Called for a ride with 40 minutes to spare. The driver never came, never called to notify me of it, and called me a profane name before hanging up on me. RIDE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!
