Awesome experience at this location. They were extremely busy but the wait time was not bad at all. Even though I’m sure they felt pressured to hurry, they took time with each and every customer to make sure they had the best experience. You don’t generally see this - especially since COVID began. Speaking of, not only were they taking time to ensure each guest was fully taken care of, they were also cleaning and wiping down in between customers. Both managers, were even on the front lines assisting customers as well as other employees which said a lot about how this location runs. This was hands down the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a AT&T store - maybe even a retail store period. Great job guys! You truly know how to run a store and take excellent care of your customers! I’ll definitely be telling everyone to make sure they come see you all!

Lyndsey is usually my go to she always goes above and beyond. But every one you work with at the Anniston store are sure to satisfy you. They are all very informative and helpful and I always see a familiar face. Thank you Anniston AT&T

I ranked my experience a 4, not because of the sales associate or service that I received but because I paid $1,300 for a phone and I dont even get a charging block with it. I think thats a little ridicules myself. Ive had an iPhone for years because of the quality of parts and services. I just think its cheesy that I wont get a charging block

I had problems with the company with my billing. I came to the Anniston store and Joey, Alyssa, and Eric were awesome to help me. Ive dealt with Joey before and he has always been very courteous and professional.

I have 2 reviews for the Anniston, AL store. Good and bad. My mom, who is 84 years young, recently received a new replacement flip phone so on 7/24/21 I drove her to the AT&T store in Anniston, AL to get help with activation and transferring contacts. Upon our arrival, we were fortunate to be greeted by Lyndsey. She was the most progressional, knowledgeable and patient representative we could ask for. She took extra care to make sure every last detail was attended to before we left the store. She activated the new phone, transferred moms contacts, helped her select ring tones and even gave her a tutorial. I would like to recognize Lyndsey for her outstanding customer service! She could have easily given minimal effort (which I observed another representative do) but instead she went above and beyond! If you need help with your new replacement flip phone or any phone, Lyndsey is worth the wait! On a negative note, don’t ask for CHRIS. I observed him give minimal effort to another (elderly) customer who also received a replacement phone. He activated his phone but when asked about help with transferring contacts, he said he couldn’t do that and recommended that the customer go to Best Buy in Oxford to get help. The customer left the store disappointed and confused. Chris went back to playing on his phone. (See pic). I hope management takes action soon before others are treated with the same disrespect!

I went in with 3 of my brothers and I must say Miss Leslie was phenomenal! We were completely cutting up and we all had a blast! Was very helpful and would highly recommend!!

Eric has been very helpful in getting my issues resolved as best he can.

I went there because I bought a brand new iPhone 12 Pro, that is not functioning properly. They were unable to correct the problem, and told to me to call att customer service. This, after spending over an hour there. Once we got in contact with CS, and about 30 minutes, my issue is still unresolved.

Alyssa and Dustin are by far the best AT&T customer service Reps I have ever encountered. When I entered the door three employees welcomed me and listened as I explained my situation to them. Alyssa went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. Dustins attention to detail also help identified ways to help with the issue. I left the store a satisfied AT&T customer with all issues resolved. Highly recommend!

Went in to upgrade a phone. Customer service went well and I was able to get a new phone but then asst mgr came out saying he could give me a better discount than what I was currently getting. Unfortunately I took him at his word and had him change the plan. Once I got home and read the details I realized it was a lesser discount and I also didn’t get the discount on the upgrade I normally would have gotten. Had to call customer service and switch back to original discount today but they said I’d have to wait a bill cycle for it to show back up. Very disappointed.

I went to upgrade my phone and that went by fine until it came up on transferring the data well it took two days but Dustin (att worker who helped me) was patient and helped me and made sure that I got all of my data from my old phone onto my new one and he didn’t give up until I finally got everything transferred over ! I wish I could give him over 5 stars, excellent customer service, everyone as a team made sure I was okay and getting the help I needed ! This will most definitely be the only art store I go too !

Martino and Leslie are the best. They were able to help my sister and I. Not only did they help us but they were very polite and have great costumer service.

Went in today (3/21/2021) Joey waited on me. He was very helpful and knew what he was doing. They were pretty busy but my wait time from the time I walked in til I walked out was no more than 10-15 minutes if that.

The staff at the AT&T store here in Anniston Alabama I’d like to express my gratitude and appreciation for their professionalism. Dustin and Greg sold me and my wife a iPhone late in the shift near closing time. Somehow our phone was sold to us at a different rate and it was not eligible for work at the moment. Dustin called his manager, Christina at home. She told Dustin to make sure that the phone was working before we left the store that we would straighten out the rate issue and the phone sale at a later date we left the store and next day Dustin called and told us that the situation was corrected. Dustin, Greg, Christina, and Matt are all well appreciated and need to be recognized for going above and beyond on customer service. I

Just stopped by my ATT Anniston AL location with some questions about my account (protection plans) and I was greeted by Asst. Mgr. Eric S. and Greg. These cool guys were able to help me in a flash and I was given info on some Direct TV and Internet services that I might be interested in. In just a few minutes I have my accounts updated, some great discounts and am looking forward to my new ATT internet installation next week. Thanks for a great customer service experience, being a senior citizen it is not always pleasant but today was different! Much appreciated.
