I called this company to pump my septic tank, turns out my line from my house to my tank was damaged. I got the best service at a great price and everything was fixed before they left. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Called Affordable Septic after hearing about their company from a friend that was extremely pleased with their services, and Im glad that I did. They were extremely professional, punctual, friendly, and answered any questions that I had. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again!

Okay well I chose these guys the first time I had an issue with septic tank over flowing. Was told several different times that they would be here to check it out. They never show up when they say they will and will give you the run around quick. Well after finally getting them out here, he gave me a quote and went though and fixed my issue. I decided that maybe he just had a bunch going on at the time and he seemed like a good guy and did good work. Well about 5 months later, another issue arises with my system. I chose them again because they eventually fixed me up. Well I called him to ask if he would come check it out and he started the whole “I’ll be there tonight or tomorrow” well tomorrow came and didn’t hear a word. I tried calling him and he ignored my phone for 2 more days. My wife calls from a different number, they answer and say they will come check it out. Next day still no word and another ignored call. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS if you have something you want fixed in a timely manner.

Totally UNPROFESSIONAL. Scheduled septic inspection service, confirmed and reconfirmed through out the day. Never showed up or called to explain. NOT recommended. You would be better off looking else where.

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Jason and Krystal! They own and operate Affordable Septic LLC. I came home from work yesterday to find a busted field line and a soggy yard. I called Affordable Septic and they were at my house within hours! They busted their butt all night and was still working on it well after the sun came up this morning. They dug up and replaced my crushed field lines then install a new header pipe. Not to mention they charged me HUNDREDS less than anyone else around here! They really took pride in their work and made sure it was done right before they left my house.I guarantee you, there’s not another septic company around here that will work to fix your problem from sun down to sun up on a Friday night! This is my first and only Google review. Im sure itll get buried by the other fake reviews from friends, family, and worst of all, employees, but I feel its necessary in order to expose the harsh truths about this company. I originally chose them due to their professional online appearance and responsiveness on the front end, but quickly found it to be a complete facade. After 3 separate reschedule requests from this company, each made hours before our scheduled septic pump & inspection, we agreed to meet at 8:00 am 8/27/20 (the following morning) to complete the service. After arriving at the agreed upon address, at the agreed upon time, the seller of our future house and I, waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes for them to show before finally giving up. Several attempts were made to contact both the dispatcher and technician, with every call being sent straight to voicemail. Its now 10:32 AM, 2 hours and 33 minutes past our appointment time and Ive yet to receive any attempts of communication, be it an explanation or apology. Dont let these guys deceive you like they did me. Choose a company that can give you a specific timeline and stick to it.
