What EVERY other review states, is absolutely correct. This place is a nightmare. Im now on hour 7 waiting for them to finish. I walked in and it appears they were huddling trying to figure out how to count past 9, its not going well. The best part is the employee thank you cards they encourage you fill out next to the desk. I asked if they had cards that said the exact opposite of that, Clearly that was too many words strung together in a coherent sentence. Attached are pics of the guy unloading my truck as well as his ability to read.

Standard pricy and slow capstone...5am app was done at noon. Also had several damaged boxes, dased on other coments this is normal. Oh yea this is super valu storage. The adress is 1450 COMMERCE BULEVAR. I had COMMERCE DRIVE on my bills but that adress does not exist. They dont care if you park on the street.

Use Red Morris Parkway or Greenbrier dear road. ****Do not follow google map directions for Miller lane if you put the address as 1450 Commerce Boulevard***.The lady at the office (seemed to be an only hard working person) has to multitask(talk to driver at the gate, get details, then give directions, buzz in the drivers for paperwork and attend the drivers with paperwork) so be kind.A little slow to unload.

Parking along curb before gate. Dont block driveways! Guard comes by about 0400 to check you in, need to provide PO##. Gate opens at 0450. SAFETY VEST REQUIRED! Docks are a little cramped, but any competent driver will be able to manage it. That being said, there were 3 backing accidents here today!! Back into door, take paperwork and seal into bldg, then go to bed. I was the 1st truck in, 1st at the receiving window, and was the LAST truck to leave. It took 9 hours to unload me. The only good news is that it was a prepaid lumper. Theres only an outside portajohn and pump sink unit for EVERYONES use, lumpers included.

Arrived at 0450. Took 25 minutes to get to the gate with only 5 trucks ahead of me. Once at the gate I give them the PO they give me a door and now have to go physically check in with my paperwork and seal. Hour and twenty minutes later in finally checked in and get told theyll call me when its done. Its 0625 at this time. Finished unloading at 1240 with lumper cost of $332.

Don’t go here! You have to be aware they don’t care about you or your load! My drivers appointment time was at 05:00 and payed lumper at 11:00 and they left to lunch without giving him the papers so he can leave.When you call they hang up on you and don’t pick up the phone afterwards. Disrespectful. More than 5 hours waiting who knows when they will give my driver his papers: keep in mind I had to cancel the rest of my loads for this week.

Closed on Weekends.I would like to state my disappointment at not being able to use a restroom and having a porta potty on site. I feel unappreciated and disrespected at having to use such a facility. We dont have toilets in the truck, we drive long hours to meet deadlines and would thoroughly enjoy proper facilities. The worst part is passing the locked bathroom doors on the way to check in.Port o pottys make me feel absolutely disgusting, fortunately the heat isnt bad but please extend more kindness and compassion towards us as drivers, its unpleasant to use such a toilet. Unprofessional should be their motto.Besides my vitriolic disgust for industry use of lumpers, which is nothing more than a way of shifting the burden to pay their employees. This companies is propensity to cut corners is found in practically every square inch of this facility. It took 4 hours to unload 18 pallets of dish soap. Not to mention the hour I waited in line on the highway, because they feel it necessary to have a security gate but not necessary to hire a guard. It’s operated in hopes that the driver can sufficiently operate the com system at the gate. And await someone in the office to check them in and assign them a door, while they simultaneously recreate the same process once the driver has backed in and awaits being unloaded.The load broker who scheduled this mentioned difficulty finding carriers to cover this contract. I do not intend to work with them ever again.

Staff was very friendly. Jeremy Hawkins at loading was very professional and courteous. Lumper fee was your standard fee. Appt was at 5am and was out by 7:30. I would definitely be back.

Never deliver here!!! I had a 4:30am appt. and the people in the check in office doesnt arrive until 5a.m. Then Capstone lumper service takes hours to get unloaded. Didnt leave until 11:30 a.m. If you deliver here make sure you have an late reload appt .

Im not sure what all the negative feedback is but I had 5am appt. Jeremy Hawkins (capstone logistics) had me unload in 1 hour and 45 minutes from check in to check out

This place is very slow and the lumper fee is expensive. My appointment was at 5am and it’s 9:46 am still waiting to get unloaded. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ You can park on the street outside the gate.
