My 82 Year old Mother has a hearing aid she bought from another vendor who has gone out of business. She needed a new tube for her Hearing Aid, I called Amber at Kabel Hearing Center who was very friendly and Helpful. My Mother got her Hearing Aid Cleaned, A New Tube and Batteries at No COST !!!. How nice it is to see a business who is not so worried about the bottom dollar but more at helping people who have a hearing Handicap. They will definitely have our business in the future. Customer Service Representative Dennis Phillips so far has cost me a days wages and and 3 changed appointment days. When a person drives a 140 mile for appointments, it is expected to be accurate. The one I managed to make before being cancelled was scheduled incorrectly. I was having issues that require a technician, but was only scheduled for a cleaning.At this time I would not recommend this facility.Phil Morris
