I called them because I am disabled,and needed help as a community service,because I cant afford to pay. They quickly said no...seems no one around here cares to lift a finger to help someone out.

I have rented from this Sunbelt location a couple of times now and have experienced outstanding service. The equipment has been in good shape and has performed exactly as expected. Excellent service and solid products is a combination that seems hard to come by these days. I will continue to make this site my go to rental site going forward.

Needed to rent a trencher for an emergency job. Called at 4:50 PM on Friday and spoke to the Manager. He told me that if I arrived before 5:00 he could take care of me. I drove like crazy to get there and pulled in at 4:58 to find him backing out of his parking spot and leaving. I pleaded with him to allow me to rent the equipment and reminded him out our conversation just 8 minutes before. He refused, citing COVID as a reason for having to be gone by 5, at which point I cussed him out (which I probably shouldn’t have done), but unbelievable he would tell me that just a few minutes before and then have the nerve to leave before 5:00. I told him I was going to call corporate first thing Monday morning and he replied “ I don’t care, I’m the manager”. Had rented here many times in the past, but never will again. Ive been renting tools and equipment from Brian for years with excellent service. Now I get the great customer service of working with Brian combined with the huge selection of tools and equipment in the sunbelt network. You really cant go wrong with Sunbelt in Oxford and Brian Anderson

Been doing business with them for months. Spending over 1000 dollars a month. Drove all the way to Pelham to pick up a small piece of equipment. Returned day after Thanksgiving and they tried to double charge me. Then they get mad because I didnt make a payment that day all the while I have another piece of equipment on its 2nd month of rental.tried to charge me 25 dollars for a spare key got one at United rental for 5 dollars . BEWARE!

This place was a joke as I spent over $1500.00 to rent a backhoe for a week used it for 2 days blew a hydraulic hose upon calling on Wednesday afternoon after hours going to get a number for after hours help was transferred to their emergency line by pushing the number Indictated for help during after hours operations was not able to transfer when ask to enter another number on the keypad it just kept repeating the same message so the following day was 4th of july and the store was closed so when I called them in Friday mor ing to tell them of the issues I had had the previous 2 days was told by a very rude lady I should have called their after hours help line in which I had tried but she wasnt even trying to hear how their system wasnt working finally just ask that they send someone out to repair the equipment in which they did my husband had multiple drs appts. That day and was unable to operate the equipment on that day. We had other plans for early Saturday morning with the project we were working on that didnt involve the use of the equipment we had rented upon starting the equipment back up around 2 on Saturday afternoon discovered the leak had not been fixed and began again calling the after hours help line in which still did not work I co tuned to try to call the number to the location I which I rented the equipment from after an hour and a half of trying to contact the help line foe the location I rented from I finally called another location and was able to get someone on the line who was able to contact ao.eone with the location I rented from who returned my call and instead of them sending someone that afternoon because it was only an hour before they would bo longer send someone before the next day they would not send anyone that day so had to wait til Sunday morning when the repair man came out Sunday morning was still unable to properly repair the hydraulic line but just told us to make sure we kept it full of fluid and we could continue to use it for the rest of the day. 40 gals of hydraulic fluid later it still would not dig the dirt we needed dug so we just gave up. Was not offered any kind of discount on the rental or even an apology for the fact that we rented a machine for a week and I only got 2 days worth of work.out of it. Will never reccomend this place to anyone else or ever do business with them again. One would think a big place like this would have better customer service than this.
