Really hate to write reviews but this needed to be said to hopefully help the next customers. Hired them to do plumbing job but initially they suggested in taking our floors up we still dont know till this day why that had to be done, they removed two of our bathroom floors and a toilet in the middle of them doing the work they found out our home insurance was paying for the job so they completely stop and started being more interested and eager to know how much the insurance was going to cut the check out for per advice from our insurance company and we even consulted with the inspector, and also with professional advisor just to be sure we where advised not to disclose the amount to them because we could be overly charged noted that we had already paid out of pocket for them to even start the job so money was NOT the issue here. After a couple of weeks of waiting to hear back from them got a call from a female claiming to work at the office demanded to know how much money did our insurance wrote the check for we refused to give that type of information per advised from professional to them the female then passed the phone to her boss and stated Get this Phone before I curse them out at that point the whole situation became rude and unprofessional with them was even hung up on twice after trying to reason with them . The next day received a call from the head person stating that because we couldnt tell them the amount that they could no longer do the job pics are the condition they left our home in would not recommend them to anyone. But this is Just our personal experience with this company.

After discovering a water leak at my lake home I called Davis. They were there within a few hours and immediately began the drying out process.They also coordinated with Ins Company to replace my flooring.From start to finish they were always available to me and did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with their work.

Do not use this company for anything! they say that that they are all about customer and all that, all they care about is getting that insurance signature and come rip your stuff and leave you high and dry! communication with these people is horrible! they will tell you one thing but and tell you another.needless to say its been 3 months and nothing has been done, my mother inlaw is still without a kitchen or anything else.. worst experience ever! please fix it!

I had a leak under the house which caused some damage to the underside of the house and the flooring of the guest room. The plumber we called suggested Davis Unlimited to help with remediation of this issue because there was water damage and mold.Mark Maddox called and scheduled a time to come out the next day to look and get the insurance claim started. He has been great to work with and his team has been extremely professional in dealing with this situation.I have friends in construction and in architecture and they have agreed that Davis Unlimited has done exactly the correct steps to mitigate the water damage under the house and inside the house.Mark and his team at Davis Unlimited have taken an extremely stressful situation and managed it professionally and efficiently. While I hope not to have another leak, I would be more than happy to use them again.

I had water damage in my kitchen. Davis Unlimited responded quickly; worked seamlessly with my insurance; removed the damaged cabinets; dried the area; rebuilt the cabinets; worked with the granite company; helped install the appliances; and there price was reasonable. It looks like there was never any damage. I highly recommend Davis Unlimited.

Davis Unlimited took the dreadful experience of having a water damage at my home and made it into a wonderful experience. They handled the cleanup and removal portion of the job with care and treated my home as if it was their own. Then the remodeling crew they sent it far surpassed my expectations. This is a great company with great ownership and awesome employees. I strongly encourage anyone to use them. !!!

We called needing a estimate they came out and said they would need to send someone out to do a water test. Ok we waited 3 weeks and no call nothing so we called them they apologize and set up a time etc we made sure someone was her for the test and no one showed up not even a phone call. So I called them a couple days later and again a apologize and said would get to the bottom of it and call me back so I waited that was on Friday come late Monday afternoon no return call and was told yet again they would call me I am done dont have time for a run around and for sure dont need them starting the job and is being without my kitchen for month with a child with sever allergies so avoid at all cost dont waist your time.

Davis Unlimited was recommended by a family friend for a bathroom renovation. They were very helpful throughout the entire process from the planning to the estimate to the completed renovation. They exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Will be recommending this company to anyone who asks!

I posted a request for a plumber and almost instantly I received a phone call from Davis Unlimited...they sent a plumber named Patrick to attend to my request...He came to my house on a Sunday and and had my broken water line fixed within minutes...If you have plumbing issues...then ask for Patrick...he was very courteous and respectful...I will always be grateful to him because he immediately fixed our problem and is very knowledgeable in anything to do with any plumbing catastrophies you might have...he is also very efficient in any water damage you may have encountered...Ask for Patrick if you want your problem fixed with utmost respect inside your home...I sincerely appreciate his kindness.

The company did the water mitigation on our home and after cutting ceilings, floors, and walls and taking out our kitchen sink, cabinets, countertops, and stove would not return our many phone calls for an estimate or schedule reconstruction. They will gladly tear your home apart and take payment, but ignore you when its time to put it back together. Do not let them cause destruction to your home and not fix it. Also, they took our cabinets out of our home because they cant leave anything with mold from water damage in the home to store in their warehouse and refused to return those to us. So here we are several months later, having to find a new contractor to fix our kitchen and living room because Matt will not return our calls to set up an appointment for the reconstruction!

They did beautiful work On the Drying and repairs at my house. My wife and I love the new bathroom vinyl tile and the new laminates in the living room. Davis came out and dried out my basement after the sewer backed up. The worked with my insurance so I wouldn’t have to deal with the stress of being the middle man. Great employees and helpful office staff!

Davis unlimited put in New vinyl planks, ceramic tile and carpet after I had water damage in my home. They did an awesome job from beginning to end!! Will use them again.

These guys were great, they showed up on time and went right to work. They told me everything I needed to do to start my insurance claim and had all the damaged flooring tore out, treated, and drying within a few hours. They are top notch and would definitely call on them again.

Do not have them do anything to your home. Came and fixed one wall they had moisture damage. Paint job want great and left splattered paint on floor. The problem wasn’t fixed so another wall did the same thing. Came out and tore the wall out but never came back. Didn’t return calls or messages. Having to now get someone to come out and fix the mess they left. Horrible customer service!! It’s been over a month. Rude workers

I had 2 water issues in Jan 2019 and Choice Home Warranty called in Davis Unlimited, first sending plumbers. They fixed both issues (2 separate times!). I didnt realize it at the time but on the first incident they called the crew in that pulled the damaged flooring out, set fans up, etc and that they were with the same company. Before they had redone that I had another issue with the water unit in garage. The plumbers, Patrick is the boss, came out again n fixed that issue. He called in the destruct crew (my term!) and they cut sheetrock out, set up fans, pulled up very new flooring n dried things out. When they came to redo everything, 2 of the nicest, fastest, most efficient guys came and did the flooring, painted bathroom, put sheetrock back, painted the Whole garage! They all did a fantastic job. They even have a sweet, tough young woman who helps you clean up after! Everyone that came was awesome. It was a rough experience but these kind and efficient folks made it bearable. Thank you Matt and everyone at Davis Umlimited. You too Nicki!

AMERICAN PLUMBING BROUGHT DAVIS INTO MY HOME TO REPLACE PART OF KITCHEN CABINETS. BOTH FLOORS OF KITCHEN AND BATHROOM. BUT NEVER LEFT ANYTHING HOOKED UP OR CONNECTED. THE COMMODE WAS STILL SITTING INSIDE MY BATH TUB. THEY USED POOR QUALITY MATERIALS AND TOOK OVER A MONTH TO DO WHAT ANY OTHER CONTRACTOR COULD HAVE ACCOMPLISHED IN ONE WEEK. 2 INSURANCE CHECKS OF NEARLY $11,000. WAS PAID TO THESE CON ARTISTS WHO UNDOUBTEDLY SHARED SOME OF THE ILLICITLY OBTAINED LOOT WITH AMERICAN PLUMBING BOTH ARE LOCATED OON US HWY 78 WEST. AS OF TODAY MY 84 YEAR OLD MOTHER HAS BEEN LIVING A MOTEL FOR NEARLY FOUR WEEKS AND OUR HOME IS STILL WITHOUT WATER OR POWER TO PART OF THE HOUSE. WARNING TO ANYONE NEEDING PLUMBING OR HOME REMODELING.. MY NAME IS VANCE MCCASKILL AND I HAVE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS OF THE MESSES THEY LEFT BEHIND. FOX 6 ON YOUR SIDE HAS EXPRESSED INTEREST IN THIS CASE AND I WILL GO ON TV TO PROVE MY CLAIMS
