Mike did an amazing job selling our house. We got offers for more than list in just the first few days on the market. Mike did a great job on letting us know the most important things to repair or touch up to have the best effect on selling. He took pictures pointing things out and gave us a list as well. He also sent a video going over everything. He did a great job communicating all around. His instincts on price and marketing were spot-on.
