Don’t contact them if you have a small issue. We just moved to the area, and a tornado damaged our roof; after reading the reviews, we decided to contact them to fix our roof. They never showed up to do the job, they rescheduled twice, and I’m still waiting to hear from them; this was back in November, several emails, messages, etc. And they never cared to reply or call us back, poor customer service. Very disappointed.

Had a leaky skylight repaired and all was well until we had one of those big wind/ rain events. There was a small leak and only one time. Up to that point we were pleased with Wells. I have called and left at least 4 messages and sent an email with no response. Seems like once they are paid, they don’t take any responsibility to communicate with the customer. Customer service has been awful.

Well what can I say, Travis and his crews do amazing work. After all these recent rains we had, part of my flat roof developed a major leak. I contacted Travis at Wells home improvement and told him about what I had going on. The first break in the days of rain we had, one of his guys came by to see what I had going on and to get measurements. That same day I was on the phone with Travis talking about options to repair or replace and what materials would be best. I opted to replace with some really high quality material that has life expectancy of well over 20 years. With in a day I had a extremely competitive and affordable quote for the job that itd be hard for anyone to beat. With in a couple days of getting that quote, his crews were out promptly first thing Saturday morning and ready to go. It didnt take them long to get the old flat roof off and they also replaced the wet and damaged plywood that was under everything. The whole process took a lot less time then I expected. The crew that came out was extremely courteous and careful with everything and made sure not to damage anything in the surrounding area and cleaned up the area better then they found it, even folded up the tarp I had on the roof for me! The quality of work done and materials used were top notch, couldnt have asked for a better job! I would recommend Wells home improvement to anyone, the quality of work, the materials, pricing, and communication is second to none! Will definitely use Travis and his crews again for any future roofing, siding, and gutter projects!

I just recently (December 2018) purchased a home in Harold Harbor. Imagine my surprise when the home owners insurance sent me a letter to cancel my brand new policy in February. They had sent out an inspector and he reported I had some curved shingles and moss on my roof so they were canceling the policy. At first, the agent said I just needed to fix a few shingles and power wash off the moss. Turns out I needed a whole new roof.Wells was actually working on the house next door to me and I got the number and called. Travis could not have made the process any easier and he promised to have it done before March, when the policy would end. In between snow storms, his crew came in and in one day I had a brand new roof. The roof looks great and it was very obvious they team knew what they were doing. They were also willing to answer any questions and explained anything I asked about.They came in at 7:30 a.m. and were done by 4:30 p.m.My son, who lives across the street from me was so impressed that he signed up to get his roof replaced as well. Travis got satellite images of our rooves before he came and explained what we needed and why we needed it and quoted us a very fair and competitive price. The one ad says get three estimates, just make sure one is from, but I would say make sure to get a Wells Home Improvement estimate if you are looking to replace your roof. While it wasnt initially the best price, Travis was willing to match another estimate I had received. The product he uses is great, and the shingle manufacturer also has a website that provides addresses for area homes with a particular shingle, which proved very valuable to us in our selection. The whole process well well explained, as to each component of the replacement. The job was done efficiently, in a single day (and the crew(s) also did my neighbors house the very same day). The cleanup was great, I have noticed only a few pebbles, no nails and no significant issues. One wouldnt even know they had been here to replace the roof, were it not for the fact the our new roof looks great! I would highly recommend Travis and his team.

Wells Home Improvement came out and corrected work that was poorly done during a previous remodel. The removed a faux chimney and furnace vent that had been abandoned, extended the plumbing vent pipe from the attic up through the roof, and repaired the hole left in the roof when the faux chimney was removed. The finished product looks great and our house is now venting properly. Travis came highly recommended by others in our community. Very satisfied with the work.

The Wells family does good work. Ive used them twice, once to install an attic fan in the roof, another time to do gutter covers and cleanup, and to paint that attic fan from above. No leaks, no problems. Both times, they did a great job, I didnt have to be home, and they were very consciencious in their tidying up and communications. I will certainly use them again!

Travis got back to me right away about waterproofing the roof until they were able to come out and fully repair of the roof. He was very professional, courteous, polite and professional. After they came and finally did the full repair on the roof, the shingles they had used didnt even come close to matching. I texted Travis a picture of the work that was done and he called me back within two minutes saying that he would make it right and they did. The shingles he found were almost a perfect match and I know that he spent a lot of time trying to find something that would work.
