The person that called me to explain my information was extremely rude!!! She was cutting me off and she wasn’t listening to anything I had to say. My questions still are not answered!!! From a customer service aspect you are supposed to be able to answer questions and make sure the client understands. You did not do that. Your very rude and cold. No one with a disability would ever want to work with people that are not attentive to our concerns. What we have to say counts and it matters but I guess your not disabled so you don’t understand if that is the case you shouldn’t be representing disabled people!!!! Rude, Unprofessional, and not sympathetic!!! Since your office calls people and makes discriminatory comments against those with disabilities I will be filing a complaint with the ADA!!! People making phone calls need to be trained on what is offensive to those of us that are disabled!!!

Not ready for that right now they never called me back I left messages on Facebook and call the office talk to the lady I like to see the lawyer in person and they try to tell me is got to be over the phone and they going to charge me with the website says a lot of places is a free consultation but I guess thats the way they do to just get the customer I guess thats so disappointed
