I’d give fivestars if it wasn’t for their lack of evidence based mask mandates. Absolutely ridiculous. Your immune system should not rely upon how others take care of themselves. Social distancing is absolutely able to be accomplished, which is far superior to dirty, cross contaminated masks.Had I even been informed prior to my visit by text or call, I would have made other arrangements like getting a rental car or getting picked up. This wouldn’t be nearly as big of a deal.The staff rarely wear them and disagree with the requirement. Your staff, who I have spoken with are incredibly kind and are very helpful; always.I could understand if it was mandated by the state or county, BUT it’s not.Do better. All I ask is for better communicate for your paying customers. I won’t be buying another car from this location.
Phil is an excellent service advisor. Typically I’m wary of dealership service centers however his customer service is so extraordinary that I am going back. During this pandemic, his attention to my unique needs is phenomenal and greatly appreciated. The service has been wonderful mostly due to Phil’s customer care.
Took my vehicle in for its first oil change since purchasing. Cannot say enough about the prompt and courteous service and attention both my car and I received! Sheehy Infinitys service department runs like a well oiled machine but that does not mean you feel herded through. Reps took the time to ask questions and hear any concerns and the vehicle received excellent service as well. This dealership is not the closest to my home but I will be returning again just for the excellent level of service and care.

Good Evening All,We are so pleased, from start to finish…from the gentlemen that met us at the entrance to Summer fitting us in (due to our scheduled appointment ultimately not being on the schedule for the day) and finally the mechanic.I had an idea of what the issue was and although Summer stated that it’s a rare item that’s repaired, she confirmed my suspicions and relayed the info to me as well as the estimate. I knew it was an expensive fix, but if done correctly by a seasoned mechanic, it would be well worth it for the longevity of my son’s vehicle. I asked to speak with the mechanic beforehand and Summer took the time and made it happen based on his schedule as well as mine and it didn’t take long. Both of them were very professional and the mechanic was quite knowledgeable of the task at hand.Considering my deceased uncle used to fix all of my vehicles, I believe he would have agreed that this was the best decision as well. I’m sure thIs was not an easy task, but it was well worth it and the smile on my son’s face should be of the highest praise to your team as well. I cannot thank Summer and the mechanic enough. I believe this was the best investment that I’ve made in a long time. The repairs that were made on this vehicle were well worth the time and money. Summer’s energetic personality also helped tremendously with the entire process. We walked in the dealership on a hot afternoon unsure what we were lookIng for! We were greeted at the front desk and never looked back. Walked around and took a test drive. Spoke to our salesman Geoff at great lengths about what we thought we wanted. He showed us many options and was very patient. Although they did not have what we wanted on their lot, Geoff went above and beyond to find our car. We live two hours away and it was delivered to us by Geoff less than a week after we stepped foot in the doors of the dealership. I always experience zero pressure when I take my car for service there. All of these service advisors I have worked with through the years and most recently Paul, have been professional, honest, and knowledgeable. They are communicative throughout the service process, whether Im waiting there or elsewhere. The waiting area is very very nice and I have worked remotely (on my laptop) from there many times without any issues. The location is super easy too, right off of route 50. So no need to go through any City traffic. I highly recommend them.

Bought a 100k extended warranty with the car. Recently found I had 99,906 miles on it, so took it in for a check up. The level of customer service and courtesy far exceeded my expectations. Trent coming in is a very knowledgeable and nice guy who kept everything 💯. Everyone made sure that I was educated on my purchase and was very detailed about the financing. Gap insurance was prioritized and purchased as it’s a well needed service. This is my second purchase here and this experience was even more exceptional than my first. Chuck the finance guy was all that. After going back and forth with Sheehy Lexus for months (located right next door) who ORIGINALLY sold me my car, I was frustrated because their communication was very poor. Sheehy Infiniti was able to take care of me properly. They had no problem answering my questions and explaining my tag and title process, along with reaching out and communicating with me. I bought my car at the end of November and I was finally able to pull off the lot with my tags 2 days ago. Thank you for saving me the hour drive back and forth to you all. When you walk into their sprawling lobby their staff greets you with a smile and they are truly professional. The sales people and finance managers are very respectful and explain each detail of the sales options and contract. I purchased a vehicle here recently but had my car serviced in prior years. It was excellent. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly. They also provided me with a loaner free of charge during the repair. The lobby and lounge are elegant and provide complimentary food and beverages. They are very honest and will walk through the selection of vehicles as well as transfer vehicles from other locations if they do not have one available. Easy 5 stars. Came with my girlfriend to help her purchase a car. Trent did a great job with making conversation, being straight forward, and helping the time pass by while we were waiting for insurance. We ran into some inconveniences (due to outside parties not the dealership), Trent went out of his way to drive for 3 hours to get a signature from my girlfriends grandma that was co-signing that was the opposite was that we lived from. He saved us 5 hours of driving and overall a great guy. This dealership has great people.

I recently intended to purchase a used car from this dealership. Had the entire deal worked out but there was an issue with the car that needed fix. I was assured that the car was “reserved” after completing their credit application. After waiting almost two weeks I find out they sold the car to someone else. Very disappointed and will not do business with any Sheehy dealership again.

I brought my truck in for repair on the sunroof. Matt and his technicians were able to come up with a work around even though my vehicle was not the brand sold it this store. Using their service department at another store they came up with a plan and were able to fix the problem with my sunroof.

Fantastic dealership!! Trent was fantastic and overall the sales experience was comfortable and friendly.Would buy a car from there again!Update: had to take off 3 stars. Not so sure about using this dealer in the future. The truck i bought had to be returned to the dealer twice for repair, only after 30 or so days of ownership. Yes it was used, but still, disheartening. Second Matt in the Service area has been amazing, everyone else has either been rude, impossible to get, or just not there. My temp tags expire in 5 days and I YET have to hear about the tags from the MVA. I have called twice now trying to reach someone and I might as well out in my back yard and scream as it seems to have the same effect. TLDR: will be all hugs and smiles until you sign the dotted line. then good luck. Except for Matt. Dude was amazing.
I was in and out without any problems. I got great customer service and didn’t have to be concerned about social distancing. The waiting area was appropriately spaced and the restrooms were exceptionally clean. The service team was great and very courteous. A job well done.
The appointment was kept on time. The car was there for test driving when we arrived. Brian, the salesperson, was very personable and responsive. Josh, the Sale Manager, made the right price of the vehicle. Overall, it was a great experience of buying the brand new QX55 at Sheehy!

I came in for VIP oil change. After being there over 1 1/2 hours, service tech came and recommended that I get rear pads replaced. I was hesitant but wanted to do what was best. Upon checking out, I discovered $335 for Labor?! And it took less than an hour from the time you recommended?! SERIOUSLY?! You do the math. How can you justify this? I believe in paying folks but this is outrageous! Not feeling so VIP.

I went to this dealership although a greater distance from home after being very dissatisfied with the lazy, minimalist effort service I received twice at Infiniti Marlow Heights. Utterly ridiculous. Especially for someone that knows a little something about automobiles. So I made the trip to Annapolis and I was not disappointed. A great experience beginning to end. A customer should be looked at beyond creating an invoice, if you want them to come back. I was actually able to tell someone (Summer my service reps was wonderful) what my concerns were and they were addressed. Bottom line, I wont go anyplace else as long as I own an Infiniti. And if you like being treated well, you will too.

They complete a thorough vehicle inspection and provide a printed result. They never pressure to “sell” unwanted or unnecessary service. And they return the vehicles freshly washed, cleaned.

Took my car for an oil change and VIP wash/vacuum. Everyone (from the shop guys to the woman who checked me in) was extremely friendly and professional. Their waiting lounge is really nice and I was able to knock out some work using the free WiFi. The free teas/coffees/waters were a nice touch! Will be back!
