We got an immediate response from Traci who was our first initial call to sending out Will that same day, to fix an AC issue we we were having, Will was very professional, and knowledgeable . From the very beginning in contacting RE Robertson, to sending out a tech and completion of job, we were very completely satisfied. Would highly recommend them for any AC or plumbing issue . Plan to use them for in the future for replacement of AC.

Service was timely, clean, and exact. The providers were careful, communicated throughout the installation, and were clearly knowledgeable.

So happy to find a fantastic local plumbing company. I called several places for quotes for toilet and faucet installation and RE Robertson by far had the best customer service and responsiveness. Tracy was so helpful even with multiple schedule changes on our end. On the day of, the two plumbers were very respectful of COVID protocol, professional, on time, and did a great job. The whole project took less time and money than we expected.

RE Robertson came through again! Our furnace went up on us a few weeks back. Dave came out and gave us a fair price and was able to install it the next week. Collin and Rayshawn were the techs and they did a nice clean job on the install. This is our 3rd time using them. Don’t hesitate to give them a call if you need any HVAC or plumbing work.

Very professional and great work done quickly

Our HVAC went down and we had no heat. Robertson inspected, provided a proposal, ordered the unit, and installed it in a shorter timeframe than anticipated. They did a great job! It was such a relief to my family to have heat in the house last night with temps in the 30s! This firm is my go-to going forward. Great job!

Waking up in a cold house on the Sunday before Christmas isn’t exactly fun but RE Robertson’s response time and service certainly made things better for us. After calling four companies who either weren’t available or didn’t reply, RE Robertson’s after-hours phone service answered quickly and a technician called us back in 10 minutes and was at our house in another 20. He also very clearly explained the after-hours fees so there would be no surprises. The issue was quickly resolved and while the gentleman was at our house, he went ahead and thoroughly tested the system. This is the second time we’ve used them and have found them to be super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, polite and professional. Thank you, RE Robertson!

Awesome always on time and get the job done well

This company does NOT value customer service. I have dealt with four people at this company three of which were rude, condescending and interrupted.I was charged for a service for a leak they created after installing new shut off valves. Phil the plumbing manager was argumentative and belittling. Eventually the billing was adjusted.During another service call the plumber complained about the job the whole time and left a mess of plumbing materials for me to clean up. It took me an hour to clean up the mess.There were several other issues too.

Roy and John came out within an hour of my phone call to R.E. Robertson asking for help and repaired my clogged kitchen sink. They were very thorough and professional and went above and beyond. Will use again!

We used RE Robertson to do a full rip out and install new plumbing, gas and sewer lines for our home we are remodeling in Severna Park. We are very pleased with their quality of work and thorough professionalism from Phil who priced and managed the job for us from start to finish, and Bobby, their lead installer and his apprentices. Had a plugged disposal and drain, called a major plumbing company. They came without proper equipment - did some work, but couldnt complete job. Called Robertson Plumbing and explained situation. They were at my door within 45 minutes and fixed the problem to Include a leak that was not there before the major company tried to fix my problem. I was very pleased with their work.

Im very happy with the service I received from RE Robertson. When I called to set up the appointment the women on the phone was very nice and efficient. Ive called there twice and both time the phone was answered after one or two rings by a very nice person.When Marcus came out to service my air conditioner he was professional and thorough.He figured out what was wrong, got my AC unit working in good order again and explained everything to me. I would absolutely recommend this company for your HVAC service needs.

Fabulous Company, Professional and NICE People. WOULD GIVE MORE STARS!!My home was in need of replacing 2 units, our second heat pump was beyond repair and could not be saved, our first fIoor heat pump was 15 years old and had been brought back to life numerous times and it was time to say goodbye. The folks from R.E. Robertson Plumbing & Heating came right out, disconnected both systems and installed a new heat pump for our second floor unit and a new gas furnace and A/C for our first floor all in the same day. While it was not inexpensive, they were more than competitive and their workers did a fantastic job (thanks Randy!). All work was done on time and with the greatest of care.It really doesnt get any better than this company. Everyone Ive met at R.E. Robertson Plumbing & Heating has been super nice and very knowledgeable. They really think about the customers needs. And they stand by their work. If something’s not right, just let them know and they will work with you until you are perfectly happy. They prioritize your schedule and do their best to accommodate.I highly recommend them !!

After multiple calls to the company that installed our Carrier A/C unit that we consistently had problems with, we contacted R.E. Robertson. Not only did they determine the problem, they fixed it immediately, CORRECTLY, and they contacted the company that installed it to explain the issue and why it kept occurring. They knew what was wrong and didnt just try replacing random parts. We only use R.E. Robertson for our HVAC needs! Great people that know what they are doing!

Horrible service

RE Robertson was quick to meet our needs during an emergency water leak at the house. Following the call, RE Roberston plumbers were dispatched right away, their employees were pleasant from call to service. RE Robertson will be getting the call again in future when we have plumbing needs!

Did commercial build out and have had numerous issues with the quality of over all work. expensive and not the best quality

I hired RE Robertson a few weeks ago to check my AC unit that was running but not blowing out cold air. After a 2 hour check I was told that I needed a new TXV valve for the inside unit and that it would take 3-5 days for the new part to come in. A little over a week later a different tech came out to do the replacement but told me there was an error and that the wrong part was ordered. Four days later after that he came back out and replaced the part. He also checked the outside valve and during this process the compressor “froze up on him.” He proceeded to tell my wife that we needed a new compressor but that we might as well get a whole new outside unit because the cost would be similar. He warned her however, that his own company would likely tell us we needed to replace both the inside and outside units because they were 10 years old, even though this was not necessary. Sure enough, I got a call the next day with quotes for an entirely new system. I told them that I did not think it was right that I had an operational unit before the tech came out and now I need a whole new system. He told me he would try to get me “the best deal possible.” At this point I hired another company (BTU mechanical) to give me a second opinion. He confirmed that I needed a new compressor but that there is no way a 10 year old system in that condition should have to be replaced. He also checked my warranty (which RE Robertson never did) and found out that the compressor was still under warranty. He also told me that the parts warehouse is in PG county so I should not have had to wait 3-5 days for the valve to come in (companies with good customer service will pick up the part for you). During this time I had more conversations with Jaime from RE Robertson. He was initially very responsive and eventually agreed to pay for the labor to have the compressor replaced. So I asked him to send me an itemized quote for the parts/labor for the valve that was replaced and for the labor for the compressor. That was the last I heard from Jaime and he did not return my phone calls. Finally, upon completing the job, BTU told me that the R22 refrigerant was damaged from air mixing with it. This is cause by it not being put back in the system correctly. This carelessness by RE Robertson cost me another $208. Fortunately for me BTU only charged $26 per pound whereas RE Robertson charged $100!!! It was an overall horrible experience with RE Robertson from the exorbitant cost difference down to their terrible customer service. There are lots of HVAC companies out there, don’t take your chances with RE Robertson.*UPDATE*Jaime from RE Robertson called me looking to rectify the situation. He apologized for the lapse in communication and without hesitation agreed to reimburse me for the full cost of the replaced refrigerant. While I am still not happy with how things occurred, I greatly appreciate their efforts in trying to make good on a bad situation. Not all companies would have done that, and I am grateful that RE Robertson is not one of them. I can see now why they have such good reviews and hopefully my situation was just a fluke for them.
