My daughters have been going here this center for 3 years and they absolutely hate the instructors esp Jessica the director. we force our kids to to get extra education but seriously they Don’t learn As much as I buy books on amazon and help themself. They are miserable because the director is so rude. She’s so abusive the way she talks to students and looks so mean. When it comes time to check the work she doesn’t come by. my daughters are so unhappy and upset every time when we make them do to kumon. And slit of tones they told us Jessica often yells at them out loud in the front of other kids make them embarrassed For whatever reason. I had to call email and come to the center to ask her but to do that. We put in notice for cancellation of their Kumon lessons on 7 of the month, Jessica not only wants to charge the month already pay but another month on top of that and they had our deposit. At this point I am filing a case to board to complain. We work hard to get our children be well educated under the good knowledge but I find this unfair because we stuck with their upper hand of contract and it has been going for so long more than it should

We let our kid go to this kumon for a while. This place is WAY to overpriced but we did it for our kids education The instructors barely helped and when our kid asked for help with pronouncing words, they gave the worst answer anyone could possibly say. Just read it. Almost every time our kid came out if kumon they looked like they were on the verge of crying. When we decided to quit, we told them on the third of June. The instructor told us that we had to tell them a month before we wanted out kid to quit. Whats worse was that we were only three days late and now, we lost about $300 over 3 days. Ridiculous. If you were thinking to let your kid go here, dont. Its a waste of money and time. Youd be better off with a tutor for a much better price and tons of better progress with your kid.

Our son spent almost a year without any progress, and was not getting any help from the teacher i.e Jessica. She has poor communication with parents. She lied to us countless times saying she emailed us about his failure of progress. Then at the end she finally tells us that she is not a tutor, and that she just assigns paperwork for practice( something anyone could do by looking online). She also gave my son all the months homework & told him not to come again, disappointed by this location Cumon.

The lady ‘teacher/customer service’ is very rude and I wonder how kids learn from such a person.
