This is the most dishonest courier service, I posted an item that cost $150 just for postage and I purchased the item for almost $200 which all together sum up to $350. The item never get to it’s destination and apparently this shipper ships for you using his own account so any lost or damages to your package is being paid directly into their account and they issue you a personal check. My package was no where to be located for a whole year, Fedex issue a check for the package after requesting all purchase documents and shipping cost, this location decided to issue me only $150, after I told them how unfair they’re they decided to increase the check to $190 stating I only purchase $50 insurance. This is dishonesty to the highest level. Please be careful and watch out if you decide to do business with them. My advice to you is stay away from them before they pay you $200 for a lost item that costs $600 because you shipping through their account and all payments go to them directly .

This is my go to packaging/mailing center in Annandale. There is a post office a block away and another ups store on Braddock but this place outshines them all. They are professional, competent and courteous.
I Highly don’t recommend coming here for Caucasian people in general because of discrimination toward us, they cater to foreigners then they do to American locals. It says online they take UPS drop offs from amazon, they take the print giving and scanned but I have been there before and they did it. I was the only Caucasian there and the employee or owner said they take those, he ignored me off and was rude from bumping skipping my response, he went to another custom that was a different culture.
Guy working there was helpful but their rates are double that of usps.
This place does not like to give you a receipt for your ups or fedex packages. They say you can take a photo True. But if you want a receipt you should be able to get one without it being such a big deal. Customer service here is below one star.

The service is excellent. I mail treats to my college aged grandchildren and have found the service fast and helpful. Was offered options based on speed of delivery and cost without my asking. Convenient location just around the corner from Giant, same parking lot.
I have been a regular customer at this location. I went to drop off a package for FedEx pick up with a footprint of 18“ x 20“. They wanted me to leave it outside by the front door for a pick up five hours later. I told him it was valuable, there was obviously plenty of room inside to keep the package until pick up but he kept insisting there was no space for it. I would avoid this location, they can’t be trusted.

The customer service is terrible. Rather than listening to your issue, they will adopt an adversarial mindset and tell you that it’s your problem. The other reviews stated here are spot on. I would recommend avoiding this place.
On two separate occasions, they would not accept my FedEx package for drop-off because FedEx had already picked up for the day. Are you a FedEx drop off location or arent you?

They dont give receipts for UPS packages dropped off, and they cost me $300 by losing one of my packages. Had no way to take it up with them or UPS since there was no receipt. DO NOT USE!!!

The guy working there has no idea about customer service.very rude and impolite. In addition, he gave me a wrong exaggerated shipping quote which I got the service later in another place for the fraction of that.Today, he charged me $3.00 for two page printing from my memory stick and he said, they posted the price in the computer that says printing from network.
The person does not have good attention to the public, I will look for another place to make my shipments, sad experience today ....

The worse UPS service in the US, rude people, overpriced, i have a video how he treated me because I didn’t agree to pay $5 for a $2 box.
