Milo is a consummate professional. He accommodated a scheduling need for me at the last minute and provided excellent service (as usual). His knowledge of Tom James products, combinations, and services is top-level and I always feel like he has my specific needs and closet in mind during our appointments. Hes not pushy to sell me something I dont need, but is motivated to provide great service and give the customer a chance to explore new ideas or options for the wardrobe.
