This is my second time using this Company and Im so glad I decided to do so. I brought them in to perform a mold remediation in my bathroom and to have my floors cleaned due to biomatter being deposited by my three sick dogs. Once again they came in and assisted us in our time of need. We have a special needs child in the home and they took Extra Care and caution in assisting us. Theyre professionalism is second to none. I absolutely wouldnt trust another company over this Company with the safety and health of my family or any of my tenants on my other properties. They communicate the process of steps that need to be taken and advise you along the way. Thank you again for taking such great care of our home with our family in mind. I would absolutely recommend this company!Im also reposting my review of the work they performed on one of my other properties below.I contracted this company to help me out with a sewage loss on one of my rental properties. Their office staff was very professional and courteous. You can tell that they are passionate about the work that they do. I found the organization to be very informative and communicative throughout the process. The onsite manager was phenomenal and I couldnt have asked for a better team. This was a very difficult situation for us and our tenants to deal with as the tenants have children in the home. They were very professional and took the health and safety of our tenets in the home very seriously. We even had to expand the work to include tearing out cabinetry and hauling away all of the affected material. They did an excellent job of laying out the work ahead of time and provided us an estimate after Services were rendered. Our adjuster was extremely happy with their communication and responsiveness to his questions. Ultimately everything was taken care of returned to a safe condition. We cant thank them enough and would absolutely recommend them for any emergency situation!
