Apparently fraudulent charges are appearing using this law firms name but from what I can tell on the reviews and responses, this is not the law firm but rather a scam. Notify your financial institution. I do not even know this law firm.

I have never been to this office, and somehow they attempted to charge my debit cart multiple times. Luckily my bank is proactive and stopped this con.

I had an issue with a fraud alert & the owner did her best to resolve the issue with these scammers by providing me information to a pending investigation.Thank you very much for responding. Whew peace of mind!

I am seeing all the negative reviews but each one being directly adressed by the firm representatives. I was also charged the fraudulent .01 but luckily the system rejected the suspicious charge. I hope that things can get sorted out and that those responsible are held accountable. These thieves are not only trying to steal money from random people but are also affecting the reputation and moreover the livelihoods of these honest hard working people at the firm. Please do not give a negative review unless you contact your bank and the firm before making your assumptions.

I have seen the response from the owner regarding the fraudulent charges (i was charged way more than a penny). It’s unfortunate that nothing has been done and can be done, but I feel for this firm as they are the victim as well. I just hope they are doing everything in their power to put this to a stop. I have seen that this has been going on for well over a year, so i genuinely hope I will no one will continue to have these issues.

YOUR A SCAMI KEEP SEEING YOU ARE ANSWERING PEOPLE WHEN THEY SAY YOU STOLE FROM THEM, YOU RESPONSE IS ITS NOT YOU... WELL OK THEN WHY DOES IT KEEP HAPPENING??? WHY ARE YOU NOT DOIN ANYTING ABOUT!!!! WHY ARE YOU NOT REPORTING THIS IF ITS NOT YOU??

My credit card company reported a $.01 charge from IGLESIA MARTELL LAW FIRM, declined it and flagged it as fraud. I am not a client. The bank has closed my account and is sending out new cards. Apparently, I am not the first to see such charges. Hopefully, the Ann Arbor PD, the FTC and the bank which services the firms merchant account are investigating to put a stop to this.

Im leaving you a 5 star review bc your other reviews are low but i also had someone attempt a one cent charge on my card which i reported and closed my card. hopefully its just someone going under your name.

Somehow they got ahold of my debit card information and used it! POS!

Somehow this company charged my debit card for .01 cent, and I had to deactivate it and get a new card. If this is not your company doing this, then you have someone using your name to fraud people. You may want to investigate this because it looks like Im not the only one.

I live in Kentucky and these people I’ve never. Spoke with charged my credit card I have no reason to pay them anything I’m filing a report with cops

They are again fraudulently running peoples credit cards. Keep an eye out for them. They will hit your card for $0.01. Once it goes thru they will hit your card for a higher amount. They are targeting Current prepaid cards.

I have never heard of this place in my life yet they just charged my credit card for some reason. I have called them and nobody wants to answer! I’m reporting your company to the BBB and local attorney general!
