We recently held an in-person event at this space. Melissa was attentive and responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The conference room has all the technology bells and whistles to make our event run seamlessly. Highly recommend!

Access is easy and if you or your clients require handicap parking and an elevator they are there for your convenience. The location is great; near a major intersection and not far from acess to I94. The front staff is friendly and professional which is a plus to any business. I have no hesitations recommending Office Evolution.

Office Evolution is the most innovative, office space I have every seen. Its not a single common hipster office space, but is made up 20 or so individual, professional and upscale private offices that share common spaces as needed. Shared spaces include the kitchen and conference rooms. The office spaces are large and bright and private. I recommend them to everyone starting up a business or who is in need of a private office. A lot of B2B business occurs in that common space. This is a great way to organically grow your business.

During 2018, our company expanded our presence in the Columbus Ohio area and discovered Office Evolution. Moving into 2019 we expanded into Ann Arbor Michigan. Office Evolution had just opened a brand new location in the area and it was a perfect choice. Like Columbus, the owner and staff are completely committed to service and professionalism. Upon our first viewing of the space, we were blown away with up to date (brand new) furnishings, decor, everything. The physical location is convenient and only a block from the highway. With elevator access and a beautiful entry way, anyone would be pleased to work in or attend meetings in this space. Dave the owner takes a personal attention to the facility that we saw in Columbus and hoped for in Ann Arbor. He absolutely bends over backwards to accommodate any reasonable request and makes anyone feel respected and valued as a tenant. He picked the best possible person to command his ship! Andrea is an expert at her job as site administrator! She brings professional service and a kind representation to every situation. Amenities are plentiful including something I have never seen, COLD BREW COFFEE ON TAP. Spotless facility, no wait service, top of the line tech, multiple large conference rooms, and much more! We rented a private office beginning May 1st 2019. From the initial time we met the office manager, Andrea, until we rented permanent space elsewhere, we were treated like we were their only client! They are very attentive to your needs and extremely professional. Dave the owner is on premises often and was helpful and friendly. We could not have asked for a better introduction to the Ann Arbor area. Having rented temporary space before, I can tell you that they “get it” and far surpass all others. I highly recommend Office Evolution for temporary or long term needs. We will miss being there!

The Khan Academy Ann Arbor team works mostly from home, but we wanted a good place to cowork from time-to-time. The Office Evolution owners and staff were always very accommodating, and the space was comfortable and well-designed for our needs. Great offices. Dave and all the staff are super nice and helpful. I was at O.E. for two years and enjoyed every minute of it. O.E. was determined to be essential at the beginning of the SARS-CoV-2 outbreaks so they never shut down. When we started going back to offices during that time, Dave was well-prepared to service our needs. I would absolutely choose O.E. again if I was in need of office space. The co-working spaces are nice as well, but I spent my time in a private office. The FREE PARKING is also a huge bonus.

I went to the area because I was looking for locations where I can meet clients and do some training. The staff at Office Evolutions treat me like I owned the place. They havent opened yet but the offices looked very nice and spacious. I cannot wait to get their go ahead and start training in that area. Their locations is also insuperable. Several restaurants and places to go will allow me not to be stuck in my office all day. Their training room is spacious and their prices were much better than what I expected.

I absolutely love Office Evolution! I have definitely benefitted by getting out of my car and coffee shops and into a dedicated space. This is a beautiful, modern, peaceful place to get work done. The facility has everything you need: spacious workspaces with lots of natural light; a shared kitchen with coffee, tea, and coldbrew coffee; wifi; a technology-enabled conference room... it was a perfect place for me to meet with an out-of-town colleague for a productive day.

The location, accessibility, modern look, and internet reliable services were perfect! The price was more competitive among other options in the area and I will definitely book this work space again when I am in Ann Arbor; it really feels like my own office!
