I’ve worked with Aerotek a few times in the past 3years or so. From my experience, I can say that they do work pretty hard to get you going into leads & jobs. My recruiter(Madison) sends me a variety of options every so often if I’m looking for a change or new job. She checks up to make sure everything is going smooth & is consistent in keeping me employed. I’ve had a few good opportunities that presented long term options to me thanks to Aerotek. I’ve done a lot of shifting around my self trying to find what’s just right for my self, and they’ve definitely helped me this whole way. Great company. Great employees. 🔥

I worked with Ahmad Hassan and Karyn McCarty for quite a few months looking for positions. They were incredible in listening to my needs, supporting my job search outside of what was being done with Aerotek, etc. They also found me many relevant interviews and helped tailor future ones to my needs, constantly adjusting based on my feedback. I have not had great results with recruiting agencies in the past but Ahmad and Karyn were always actively looking out for my best interests without ever pushing me to make a decision I didnt want. I had a really good experience with this company. After my experience at the last contracting firm I had, I was apprehensive about trusting these guys, but theyve earned my respect.I had a unique situation. I was basically confined to a radius around Jackson, MI because my fiancee had just bought a house there. There werent a lot of job opportunities around there at the time, so the search took quite a while.However, when an opportunity finally did arise, Aerotek made sure not only that I was a good fit for the job, but that I would be happy doing it. After getting hired to the position, I got a few follow-up calls from my agent, and he even took me out to lunch once to make sure I was still enjoying the work.That job was the stepping stone to my current career, and I dont believe I could have done it without Aeroteks help. Granted, I did get some calls after I got settled in to my current job, asking about my availability; I told them I am happy where I am, and to please remove me from their list a couple of times. However, the calls have since stopped, so I wont dock them for that.If youre looking for a contract job that can help you start your career, I recommend looking here first.

I’ve had a great experience with my recruiter! He called casual on a Saturday and talked about the position and the conversation just flowed. He is a really great recruiter he CARES about finding the you the right position for long term goals! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the admin had some hiccups but over all they worked it out! I’m grateful for Ahmad Hassan as my recruiter you can tell he loves what he does!

I have dealt with Mallory. I received very unprofessional service. They manged to lose my email somehow though was printed clearly on the resume. A lot of game playing. For instance, leave you in a room sitting there for 40 minutes. Great deal of promises but nothing gets done. Very manipulative and disorganized place. If you see nothing happening fast here please move on.

Be cautious was brought in for a one year contract job with a possibility of being hired to clean up a mess at automotive company in saline was told by my supervisor to use profanity or whatever it takes to clean up the problem and get the parts in for pro type engines I refuse to do so I was let go the next day was not given an opportunity to explain to the staffing company on what happened they were told by the Auto Company nobody wanted to work with me because I was unprofessional. I have never gotten another job offer from Aerotek.

Dont bother with this place. I had everything setup with Karyn McCarty for an interview, I was told I would hear something, and then she ghosted me. Aerotek has a policy of never submitting your resume again no matter what, to a company. I was promised feedback from her about my interview, but never received it. Dont bother with this company, youll be left ghosted and confused about an interview and youll never know what the results are unless you get hired. Youre better off more 5 even bothering with this horrible company. Also, their benefits are terrible.

Ahmad Hassan is the best recruiter I ever had. He was always honest and persistent. He made sure I got the best job for my skills. The job that was selected I am in love with. I couldnt ask for a better experience.

Ive worked with a few recruiters in the past, but none have been as helpful or kept up as much as the people at Aerotek, specifically Mr. Ahmad Hassan. Mr. Hassan worked with me over the course of four months while I was in school to find me a full-time job that worked with my school schedule. I went through a few interviews where we gave it our best and it didnt work out, but he was always there being encouraging and working to find me something he promised would be better. When I had interviews with companies he wasnt familiar with he would have one of his colleagues run interview scenarios. And in the end it all worked out. What a phenomenal waste of time. In three years they couldnt find even an entry level position for an honorably discharged veteran with a degree in molecular and cellular biology from a state institution and three years experience. They did, however, find time to harass my references repeatedly.

This is my second time to work with Aerotek and I recommend anyone looking for work to apply with them. My recruiter is Ahmad Hassan and he is awesome! He helped me find a position within a week of applying to Aerotek!! Ahmad has stayed in contact with me via phone and email since I first applied and he still checks up on me to make sure everything is going smoothly. If I have any questions; he responds immediately. I went to Aerotek and spoke with a recruiter. She was friendly and enthusiastic ( that day) however that quickly changed to unanswered emails and calls. Finally after a week of unanswered emails I called and left a voicemail. The next day, 5 min before they closed she emailed me back and said the hiring manager had been out all week and would be back Monday. I used to work for their sister company and still have acquaintances in the building I called them to see if they had heard anything since I had used them for references. They told me rhe hiring manager had been there all week, so, here I am a month later and still havent heard a peep from them. If youre not too serious about being employed and dont mind being ignored then this is the place for you. If you expect courtesy and interaction I would recommend going elsewhere.

I was sent to a very unsafe and hazardous warehouse called Navitas. It wasn’t the best but I tried to make the best of the situation. As soon as I voiced my safety concerns to my recruiter Victoria Holtz her supervisor Emily Kelly contacted me. She spoke extremely aggressive. I was released from my assignment on the day. I never heard from Victoria again although prior to that day she would contact me several times.

Nobody ever picks up the phone it’s ridiculous

Doesnt call back, gives incorrect information, and is horrible at keeping their word. If you cant be forthright you should really not do business.

This company is a waste of time. They will call you for a job or have you come in for an interview and then tell you are are over qualified or don’t have enough experience. Save your time and try another hiring company that will actually hire the clients that they contact.

This company will call you and email you 100 times when they need you. As soon as they find someone they wont email or call you to update about interview status or the position is filled. I wont recommend anyone to apply with this company
