The price was okay and they were fairly prompt. The person who answered the phone was great. However, the person who showed up to tow my car wore no mask during the entire interaction, including while I was in the car (wearing mine). While he was polite and otherwise helpful, he was coughing and spitting out the window for most of the drive. I wouldnt rule out going to them again, but only if I had no other options. Especially during a pandemic, I would expect the health and safety of both drivers and customers to be protected as best as possible.

They’re so good they didn’t even need to come out to start my car! I called them and at the mere threat of getting towed my car started right up!But on a more serious side they seemed very professional and polite on the phone, even though they didn’t end up needing to come out.

The worst. Held hostage trapped outside in a thunderstorm. Charged over $250 for towing my car less than a mile. No joke. They also pulled my car on a traditional truck instead of a flatbed and bent my muffler up and my c. Converter was missing the protective heat shield. The worst. Just the worst. Ha, no. New car. Less than 1000 miles on it.

The company was so helpful and friendly. I originally thought I just had a flat to repair but had to change this to a tow due to not having a wheel lock key. They were so accommodating and arrived right on time. Tim, who towed the car was wonderful. Prompt and friendly. They made the process painless.

These guys are complete and utter garbage. You better make sure Google maps displays the proper location for your address and make sure youre outside with flares to flag these guys down because they wont take 2 minutes to call you and confirm. Oh no, instead they will knock on a door of the address (people arent always living at the address they need a tow from, idiots!) And if no one answers they will go to the next job. Seriously, use your brain and your phone.

Triangle Towing responded to a roadside service request for Progressive Insurance. The driver was prompt and changed the tire. Unfortunately in the process he did not return the wheel lug lock and this became a ridiculous ordeal. Bill, the Manager, had absolutely no sense of urgency in finding the lock lug and didnt seem to care that it was missing. He told us that he had already been paid by Progressive Insurance, implying he didnt care. After two calls to Progressive Insurance, we finally got resolution although he is not replacing the lug locks with the same quality of lug that was on the vehicle. Ultimately this is only a temporary fix that will end up costing us money in the end. The driver was great. It is unfortunate for him that he works for a manager that doesnt care about his customers until he is pushed to do so by the company paying him.

They move a huge truck stuck on my dirt road quickly. Didnt see any damage.

I WOULD GIVE THEM 100 STARS IF I COULD! My car broke down on the expressway during the morning rush and I accidentally gave them the wrong location 3 times, but Fred still showed up promptly with a warm smile and really helped me stay calm in the situation. Next day, I needed a tow from one garage to the next. Cameron was able to get to me in less than half an hour of my call and was great company on the ride over. Even the woman in the office who answered my calls was extremely helpful and had a great personality. Triangle made my car breaking down the best-worst experience I’ve had!

Good service if you dont mind all the waiting. Take the time they told you theyd be there and add 45 minutes. Then you wont be disappointed.

Quick and Professional service!

I had a flat tire today and no spare on hand. Shane was the tow truck driver who responded to my insurance agencys call. Even in the crazy traffic in Ann Arbor and not k owing the city that well, he arrived within a hour of my call for a pick up. He was wonderful and very professional! His skills with driving the truck was as good as a professional semi truck driver, which impressed me immensely! Ive never had such great customer service as I had today! My car was taken care of to the fullest extent and I couldnt be happier! Thank you so much!!

My emergency roadside assistance contacted this place for emergency towing, and they were very easy to work with for getting my vehicle to the required destination.I had accidentally given the wrong pickup address to roadside assistance but was able to directly call them and change the pickup location without a hitchAll estimated fees were given with advanced warning, and the driver was extremely helpful and professional.Reading through all the other reviews, it seems like people expect tow truck drivers to magically appear within an hour without taking into account that said drivers need time to get ready, or the fact that bad weather might cause some delays... At the end of the day, the poor drivers are essentially on call 24/7 to provide you assistance; cut them some slack...

I called for towing this morning at 8:00 AM because they are the closest towing to my location. I was a little took back when I see the 2.4 Google rating. The tower truck arrived at 8:45 AM. I rode the truck with my car. In the car, I heard the driver was notified he was 10 minute late for another car accident. I realized they really work hard and try their best to keep their promise to arrive in an tour. But the road condition is something they have no control with. They deserve better that 2.4 rating. I am very satisfied with their service.

Broke down outside of AA during the morning rush. Called through AAA, got an estimate for 40 minutes, and Triangle arrived even sooner than that. Got a call to confirm where we were, then the driver (Will) called to update when they were 10 minutes away. We were at the garage within an hour, and the driver confirmed that we had a way to get where we were going before heading off. Fantastic service by Will.

Took a ticket they couldnt fulfill and then made it our problem. Threatened to charge my triple a card even though they werent going to help us and mocked us. They are very bad at customer service. It’s also amazing how he took months to respond. Wanted me to go away before he said anything because he knew he treated us so bad. I kept watch because I knew he would do that. He should be ashame. You were rude and you did mock us. You do a disservice to all who do business. BTW, if you are good to your customers, how is you have mostly bad reviews?

It is always stressful when your car breaks down. Fortunately, Joe from Triangle Towing in Ann Arbor rescued us tonight. He got to us way faster than we expected. He was helpful and courteous and went out of the way to get my car towed and to get my son, my grand-doggy, and me home safe and sound.

This company was sent by my insurance company to change a flat to my spare yesterday. They showed up in 20 min did the job & left politely. No complaints at all.

Customer service rep was rude. Should of figured the call wouldnt of went well with the 2 star rating. I had a technician stranded with a dead battery not even 2 miles away, and they refused my credit card over the phone. Ill use Stadium towing when I need it in the future. Stadium accommodated me quickly.

I write this as I am currently stranded on the side of the road. AAA recommended Triangle Towing and I was informed the truck would be here in 60 minutes. The extremely disrespectful female dispatcher hung up on me twice after finally calling once the hour was up to tell me it would be another 90 minutes. It is November in Michigan and I cannot turn the car on to get any heat due to the issue with the engine. I will be calling the manager Monday.

Storage prices were absolutely outrageous. Picked the car up within 24 hours but was charged for 2 days because it was after midnight. $200 to tow it there and store it for less than a day? GTFO.

My roadside assistance setup the towing with triangle. The first day they were sent to the wrong address so roughly 30 minutes late. The second day they sent a regular tow truck even though they confirmed on the phone that they would send a flat bed. So far Ive waited 2 1/2 hours, and Ive just confirmed theyre still 20 minutes away. Ill pay for towing next time so I can use a different company, then Ill get reimbursed.

We were driving home today and accidentally hit a pair of pliers on the road. The tire went flat pretty quickly, and we were having a hard time loosening the lug nuts. I called up to AAA, who told me that it would be at least 45 minutes before anyone could help. Not five minutes later, Triangle Towing called to let us know that someone was on their way. After waiting another ten minutes, Brian showed up and helped us switch out the tire. He was incredibly polite, professional, and fast. My boyfriend and I were both so impressed at how quickly it was taken care of, and soon were back on the road. Id happily call these guys again if I ever needed help!

Called in at 5:30pm said it would be 6:40, got a update said it would be 7:20. At 7:40 called in and got a new updated time of 8:24. Parked off the side of a busy dirt road.

OK, this place is a bunch of crooks. They picked up my car at an accident site that was the other drivers fault and I asked them to take the car to the nearest dealer. They took it back to their shop where they get to double the towing bill and charge for daily storage for both car and the trailer. This drives the bill from 200 to 600+. The owner wondered why I cared since the other person is paying the bill, I explained that just because he wants to abuse the system I did not since it will just end up in all of our rates eventually.Plus he isnt fixing either car or trailer so putting it at his place is useless.Watch this guy, he is a slippery character.

Rude treat you like a second-class citizen anybody that uses this service is a detriment to any poor Patron that happens to have their car stuck in their lot for more than 24 hours.*** My response to your response. My rant had nothing to do with being towed. It had everything to do with the way I was treated by the girl in the front office. If you read through your other reviews you will see others have had the same problem. Admit you have an issue and fix it. No one wants to deal with a rude individual.

They arrive to our site 2 hours after the original call Im on the road way that goes around the building I tried to turn around in the snowy area and got stuck the road is 10 feet from the back of my snowmobile trailer and the tow truck driver came out and said Im not going to tow you out I cant do it my truck is going to break if we try to pull you out the cable will snap gave me every excuse in the book and I didnt even say anything so I said you cannot help me and he said no !!! I said well then I guess Ill have to call somebody else he said my cable will break he started repeating himself I said I dont need to hear it if you cant help me I gotta call somebody else. He said fine in a whining wimpy voice inside to me and my 2 coworkers were going to call every towing company in town and tell them not to help you so you can stay stranded and thats how the drivers at triangle Towing treat the customers please share this information and tell your friends !!!

We were on our way home from vacation and developed a coolant leak which left us unable to continue our drive. We called for a tow at 4am 40 minutes from our home. Scott the owner answered right away, quoted the price and Jon the tow driver came within the hour. He was very professional and charged us the quoted rate. I was very thankful considering we had a long day already.

I broke at Barnes and Noble at Washtenaw. Triangle had my tow truck there in about 30 minutes. Great timing considering how bust Washtenaw is at 4:00pm rush hour.While attempting to attach my car to the truck, I was able to get my car running again. The driver gave me some automotive advice and didnt charge me anything for making him come out.He then offered to stay in the area in case I happened to break down again. You typically dont get that level of service from a tow driver in Ann Arbor. Usually its just about whatever money they can make off you.I would highly recommend the professional staff of triangle. They really do care about the community.

Couldnt be happier with their service. On a Sunday evening they got me gas in a timely manner and kept me updated every step of the way. Calling to check on my location and everything. 10/10 would call them again. Wish I could remember the drivers name but he was a 12/10. Abive and beyond. Drivers are rude. The sales rep who answers the phone is incompetent. I understand its a towing company but its hard to believe there is zero professionalism. The driver was dispatched and had trouble finding the car, was very short with my wife, and did not come back even after I spoke with the rep. The secretary and the owner are rude, rude, rude! I locked my keys in the car and asked for somebody to open it (this is after I gave them my address) and they said 3 hours. My car was running and I told them they could charge me for a tow truck, I was literally 4 miles away, just have a person in a car come. They refused to do it so I was kind of mad and commented if I had a child in the car you would come. They sent an ambulance to my house. I am not kidding you. They wasted a medical teams time! I specifically never ask for Dons body shop or Triangle towing because they are very rude.

Lady on the phone was EXTREMELY rude over something that wasn’t my fault. My insurance gave the wrong address and when I told them my actual location she was rude and told me they don’t tow from that location, which is fine. I was trying to tell her my situation and she cut me off and spoke to me like I was an idiot. Not good customer service whatsoever. Do better.

Ive not used your services but yesterday one of your driver who was either high on drugs or over worked almost hit us head on. He was headed into town on liberty right by the Fleetwood and the beer garden which was packed. This was right around 7 pm. We were going straight on liberty and he just starts driving right at us trying to make a left hand turn. We were pretty close when he did this and luckily we were both able to stop probably a foot from the front of each other. My dad then pulled up next to him and asked what his problem was except in a more colorful manner then asked if he was high on drugs he looked very dazed and confused and stammered and said uhhh Im trying to make it to a police call. We werent concerned that he would have hit our brand new truck with only 90 miles on it but concerned he might run over a pedestrian later in his stuper. Oh and you can give me 5 stars if you want Ill give you my name phone number and address upon request. I saw you said youd give another guy two stars because he used his real name. Ill even video chat with you for the five stars.

Driver just sped up and changed lanes seemingly trying to hit 2 cyclists on main street. He had a gold chevy Cruze on the back of his truck but I couldnt get his license plate. That guy shouldnt be on the road and for the company to insure drivers like that their premiums must be insanely high.

My company hires this towing company to patrol our parking lots, last Friday my car almost got towed by them, luckily I was walking to my car, I told the driver I work for the company and have the parking sticker on the windshield, the driver was rude and told me that he let me go this time. Next day our Admin called the towing company to find out what’s going on, I got a feedback was that “there was no parking sticker on the windshield”, either the driver was lying to the manager or the manager was covering up for him, either way, it’s wrong! Maybe the driver is illiterate who knows, anyhow the company has no guts to admit a simple mistake, what else they will do to their customers, this company can’t be trusted!

I was told by AAA that Triangle Towing would be there to pick up my car off the side of the road in 1 hour hour and in 1.5 hours I got a call back from AAA saying Triangle would NOT BE COMING AT ALL and THEY SENT FENTON TOWING WHO CAME RIGHT AWAY!! They where barking at us for simply asking them to be nicer and the lady got so mad that we are Profesional and driving a nice vehicle she kicked us out and called the police for no reason! No she actually didnt she called her side kick the tow truck driver to push us out! They are bluntly racist the assistance said I am nothing but a dirty white person that hates black people and asked me how many times I been to jail I said zero and he said Ill make sure you will be in the back of the squad car today! We needed a tow from AAA the main call center receptionist Terri was very rude from the onset. The tow truck showed up within 25 minutes which is great, but with smoke billowing from the rear tires and severe burning smell. The driver informed us he couldnt tow us and to call AAA. AAA had to speak with Terri who informed them that we refused towing and that there was nothing wrong with their truck and they would not service us further. LOL. There really wasnt much we could do and AAA got another service right out but what a joke. I thought for sure the tow company was going to need a tow for their own vehicle... avoid if you can...but you unfortunately May not be able to.

I was in an accident due to hydroplanning on the highway the officer called Triangle Towing. I must say the drivers that responded where really quick to load up my Chevy Volt, also very friendly. They took me to the nearest gas station to get me off the highway and told me they would take the car to a lot overnight. That first thing in the morning they would take it to the dealer. I live in Jackson so about 45-60 mins away ; I called to ask if my car was taken to the dealership being I have to still sign for the repairs and get a rental car from the dealer - The lady who took my call informed me it was in route.About 45-60 mins later I arrive in Ann Arbor, stop to grab some stuff from Meijer so I decide to pull the location of my car from Onstar only to find the location still sitting in the tow yard. This delayed me from getting my rental car and going into work.Honestly is the best policy and could have got you 5 stars out of 5...

The driver was a jerk. He was basically trolling the area looking for a car to tow and then was smug about the $105 CASH fee to drop my car that he hooked up as I was walking back to my vehicle. He put some random initials as the request for a tow and Im almost certain no one actually called. I saw him and his neon jacket when I pulled up in the first place and he ducked off and waited until I was out of eyesight to dolly my car.Furthermore $105....REALLY?!?! Youve got to be kidding. My car wasnt moved anywhere and based on the 5 minutes that is took to come back and see my car was about to be towed he didnt travel from anywhere, so $50 towing fee, when youre lurking around the corner, makes no sense. Essentially this place is a crock.

A hookup fee and fuel surcharge!Please read reviews before calling this company.I have notified AAA about there extra fees! Please report them as well so they loose the contract through AAA!
