Our GE refrigerator wouldnt start so I called Anytime Ann Arbor Appliance Repair. The technician was able to come to our our home later the same afternoon. He repaired it immediately!

Dont waste your time and effortNot a local company, installer never showed for appointment. Over promise, under deliver.

Never use this company!!!!!! It’s a TOTAL SCAM!!!!So I had to pay $75 dollars to hold an appointment. I took time off work to be home for the technician, then to be called with an automated message that the appointment was cancelled and no time was set for someone to comeback. They charged my card $75.If you use this company.. you will be disappointed

Booked appointment with them to repair a dishwasher. My appointment was on a Monday a few days after I made the appointment. Monday morning I get a call that says there was an error in the system and that there is no technician in the area. Could have told me that days ago so I could book with someone more reputable. Go somewhere else since booking with them is pointless.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are the most unprofessional company that I’ve dealt with. I called about a repair. I was told that they had 3 appointments the day I called and 3 appointments the following day. I scheduled for the follow day which was a Friday. The next day about an hour before they were scheduled to arrive I get a call saying there was a scheduling error and they wouldn’t be able to come until the following Tuesday. How do you go from same day availability to nothing until the following week?! I go ahead and reschedule for Tuesday. 10 minutes before they’re scheduled to arrive on Tuesday, I get yet another call. This time they have to cancel altogether because they don’t have anyone servicing my area. I live 20 minutes away from their site. Ridiculous and a poor excuse for a business!

The repairman replaced the main control board on my oven for $700. The part used for replacement was faulty and so they needed to order a new one. The repairman never came back, never returned my 4 phone calls. I called the company 6 times and they never did a thing. I asked to speak with a manager every time and they would not forward me to one, just said they would call me back which they never did. DO NOT USE.

There people suck they steal your money never call this company

This company is a SCAM. Charged credit card $70. A man showed up with no skill set to work on freezers. He charged us another $65 cash. The next day the ice machine stopped working. When I called the company they gave me the run around and finally some woman from LA called. Never resovled it or reimbursed us. DO NOT USE.

I am very unhappy with this company. They scheduled a tech to come out at 8 am, he didn’t show up until 8 pm and was not communicative about his timing or delays. When he came he looked at the fridge and diagnosed the problem as a burned out compressor. He came back the next day and a few minutes into his work he said he needed more parts and that he’d be back the next day (Friday). He didn’t show up. He said he’d come by Saturday instead, and never showed up. Then he said he’d come by Monday, but never showed up. Now I am not getting my calls answered. They charged me $70 anyway, and I now have a bunch of freezer food that is going bad.I called a different company and they had a tech out and fixed the fridge in one day.

This is not an actual business. The phone number forwards to a company called Appliance HD. I called on a Saturday to schedule a clothes dryer repair, which they scheduled between 10 and 1 on the following Monday. Ten minutes before the appointment the Service Manager called me from a Los Angeles, CA phone number and told me there were no repair techs in the area and they would need to cancel my appointment. When pressed on the issue, she said there were no repair techs anywhere in the Ann Arbor / Detroit area, the nearest area they service is Grand Rapids, MI. I called the local phone number again and the person said the company was Appliance HD, and did not know anything about Anytime Ann Arbor Appliance Repair.

This isn’t really a company but rather a place the has independent contractors that they schedule to do the calls. The person who came to check out my fridge was just a dude in a rusted truck and no uniform. He took forever to tell me what he thought the problem was and then said he really doesn’t do that type of fixes. I actually made an appt with another place while he was here. Can not recommend. Glad it only cost me a trip fee to know to never call this place again. Call somewhere known and not this place.

Scammers! They take your credit card number up front and then tell you about the fees after youve made your appointment. If you change your mind after hearing that, they charge you the cancellation fee. Thats how they make their money. You can read the other reviews to see what their sham technicians are like for the few people who dont cancel.

Horrible customer service. Didn’t fix the issue and they still charged me. If you charge me, better fix it.

My husband made an appointment for the repair of our washer and was given a arrival window between noon and 3pm. The technician never showed. He called and rescheduled for the following day between noon and 3pm. Again, the technician did not show. When I called, the representative told me Thank you for understanding. However, no explanation or apology was given so I dont actually understand. I recommend calling another service.

This is a sham business. They sent some ignorant guy who damaged the circuit board, cut the cables and took the money on the pretext of repairing the fridge. Called them multiple times but they said they dont have another technician. Never seen such a deceptive network. Trusting them was like suicidal, as it turned out in my case.

I called on a Friday to set an appointment for an oven installation, and was told that the appointment was set for the following morning. But that afternoon I got a call from Los Angeles (!) saying there had been a system error, than installation was not available for weekends, and the next available installation time would be the coming Tuesday morning. Today is Tuesday: nobody came. When I called to follow up, I was told they would call be back. I then got a call from Los Angeles, saying that the appointment had been cancelled, because the technician couldnt work it into his schedule that day! It was clear they didnt even have any interest in rescheduling at that point. To call this idiocy unprofessional is gross understatement!

It was the second time when I called Anytime Ann Arbor Appliance Repair and had another excellent experience. Last month ago it was a washing machine, and now our dishwasher broke down. The repairman was friendly and fixed our leaking dishwasher in about an hour. Reasonable cost, quick response, and perfect work!

All I can tell you is that they were rude over the phone when I asked for an estimate.

I called to schedule repairs for apartments through my business. As soon as I stated I was part of a business looking to service our residents the woman just straight up told me they couldnt help me and HUNG UP on me...so rude.

The tech was friendly and very knowledgeable. He came to fix our stove, found the problem and repaired it within an hour. Definitely will call them again. Thank you, guys!
