Fenix provided dependable and timely service. We felt they went above and beyond when spraying for spiders. Our technician was thorough in his inspection and treatment of our home’s exterior. He even went so far as to move our dog’s water bowls before sweeping away spider webs! We would definitely recommend!

Timmy was very professional, he showed up on time and asked me what our problem areas were. He took care of our wasp problem; we enrolled in their program and we look forward to never having a problem like this again. Though if we do, they will come back in between services to take care of it at no charge. The price of the program is also very reasonable, which is a huge plus! As part of the program he sprayed all around the outside and the inside of the house. All of this was done in a very timely manner, as it only took about 45 minutes for the entire visit. Talon was very punctual and professional. He sprayed thoroughly around the outside of the house taking care of two wasp nests as well. He came inside and was respectful as I had two small boys napping at the time. He was able to get the house sprayed thoroughly inside and the boys stayed asleep. :) He couldn’t have been more professional and respectful and I greatly appreciated that. Austin came by our house because our neighbors use their services. We signed up and they came out the next day. They called because there was some rain that had delayed them and wanted to make sure it was ok they would be late. Greatly appreciated the heads up. Talon came out and was very professional. He was awesome. Austin also came by to help since they were running behind. Awesome service. We had the inside and outside sprayed. The chemicals they use are safer for pets. After 15 minutes it’s safe for pets. No signs warning of spray in the yard.

Super detailed information provided by Talon who was the specialist assigned to spray at our home. We live on a pond and have a lot of spider webs in high roof areas (i.e.; deck). I like that they have higher powered sprays and tools to use to knock down webs. Switched my service from another provider and am happy I did!

Our technician today went around and removed all the cobwebs from the house including the peaks on our 2 story home. He treated under our deck as well. I appreciate how they let you know what was done when they are finished, and before they leave. They are not just there to quickly spray and head to the next stop, as I observed a competitor of theirs was in our neighborhood treating a couple houses in about the time they spent on ours. This morning 4/30/21, I called Fenix in Ankeny, IA because I noticed what was later identified as clover mites, crawling around on the inside of my windowsills. When she told me that a technician could come out next week to treat the problem, I expressed my fear and need to have the problem treated right away since I have a child with severe allergies and a cat. I have always had a great experience with this company and their staff. We pay annually, and they are very thorough with their work. If at any time a pest problem would spring up between visits, they come out free of charge. We had a major wasp problem no one was able to fix until they came out -- no more wasps! No more ants! Their customer service was great; they answered all the questions I had (like if the treatments were harmful to kids or pets, and the answer is no). All the tech that have come out have been very friendly. I would recommend Fenix Pest Control!

Always timely and never had issues with pests in our around the house during their services. Price is competitive and they only use products that your area needs. They dont use any unnecessary products in order to increase the price. Never had issues with their products being used in the house with the dogs.

We just had the initial service where Grant removed a bunch of spider webs around the exterior of the house, wasps nests in the peeks and exterior light fixtures, and icky mud daubers (GROSS!). Additionally, he sprayed the yard, garage, exterior and interior of the house. Grant was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and even took off his shoes when coming into the house (even though I didnt take off mine!). He pointed out a couple of simple things that we need to do to prevent critters from entering our garage. He was considerate that we have a dog and advised us on the products used and asked before using some products in the garage, and he made sure the gates and doors were shut so the dog wouldnt escape. Weve had ants appear off and on for a while now. The team at Fenix explained the life cycle of ants and why are one-off treatments arent effective. Neither is killing the ants when we see them, they need to take back the gel to the nest to ensure it doesnt survive. Other providers didnt tell us this!! Ive been wasting my money!Booking an appointment was efficient and easy. The technician who came to our home was extremely polite, respectful and communicated exactly what he was going to do. I feel confident that we will finally be rid of the ants.
