They could improve by not charging my credit card without going through insurance first. I have never received a billing statement and my credit card has over $1000 taken out. The numbers dont add up after the insurance has paid their portion. Very shady!!!

Professional and calming office space. Spa like feel in waiting room. Leanna has 27 years experience in counseling. This is a NEW location and near the District area in Ankeny!No waiting for appointments!
