Ive worked at Caseys for 7 years now. Great place, great food especially the pizza from starting out as a gas station quick food.

I love Caseys breakfast pizza so when my wife suggested it for our sons graduation open house, we decided to see if it was possible that the local store would be able to keep up with a very large order.John the store Manager at the Fairfax, Iowa store was very nice and assured me he could get the job done. Then I called the Corporate Office and talked to a very nice young lady named Sharon in the food division and she was able to help us out with what I believe is a very generous discount. Thank you John and Sharon for making this a pleasant experience, and thank you Caseys General Store for the discount and quality products you provide.Patrick McCormick

Fast and professional staff. Clean area

Went to fill up for gas on the south Indianola, IA Caseys today. Paid at the pump and ran inside to get a pop. Came back out to my car to find that their Pump 1 apparently does not stop when a customers gas tank is full. Went inside to tell the store, they knew of the issue yet didnt close the pump or put up a sign notifying of this. They were more than happy though to have us call corporate to advise of this and said corporate would send us a gift card to reimburse for money lost. Called corporate and spoke with an associate who stated:They are self-service pumps and it is the customers responsibility to stand at the pump the whole time. Were not willing to help out with money lost.Can you please tell me why a multi-million dollar company is so negligent that it cannot service its own gas pumps? Also so negligent that they hire customer service associates that are not happy to help at all?I would be happy to buy gas from BP, Kum & Go, QT, etc. in the future.

Very slow place, that doesn’t care about drivers or their hours, 5.5 hours to get unloaded, 14 pallets of water, definitely going to avoid this place at all costs !!!
