I had three specialty keys made. They werent available at kiosk. They scanned my key and mailed them to me. The keys arrived in mail within a few days as promised. They kept me informed by email on my keys progress. They were well packaged when the arrived. All three keys worked well! My only complaint is one side of each of the keys had metal shavings attached. I took a piece of sand paper for metal and hit the edges with it. It removed the shaving and smooth edge of the one side. Other side of the keys were perfectly smooth when the arrived. Will use Key me kiosk again in the near future. Overall great experience!

Very poor experience. Called to get locked keys out of my vehicle, said theyd be an hour then didnt show up. Tried this multiple times and kept canceling the service due to not having anyone available after being told countless times someone was on the way. Ended up going with a different company who was there within 15 minutes.Definitely would not recommend for this service.

Worst locksmith in iowa. Called and was told Id be helped in thr next 20-30 minutes. Waited an hour to be told nobody was available after charging me $151.

Worked great. only thing I would change is have shipping options. If wanted faster you could pay for it.

THIS is SCAM company!!!! Do not trust them. They will charge your card and not show up. When you call them they cannot locate your order

Although you do not get an immediate key in my case, the processing and shipping were quick and the over all costs were very minimal. Excellent communication on the entire process and you can track your order. I was pleased with the service I received.

Bad service, I call them on Tuesday and I was told that I need it $100 deposit for a part to be overnight so the part could be here the next day and I’ve been waiting for 2 days now and still nothing and who knows for how much long I have to be waiting.
