I cannot say enough good things about Shane at New Horizons Travel. From the beginning, he was very efficient and professional. My husband and I met him on a walk-in visit to the travel agency when we were in the very early phases of planning our trip. Shane was happy to meet with us on the spot (we had assumed we would need to make an appointment), he listened to what we had in mind, and after discussing a few different options, he quickly lined up our honeymoon vacation.All throughout our trip, as everything fell perfectly into place, my husband and I quietly thanked Shane. Thank god Shane thought of that. Thank god Shane told us this. He was very detailed oriented, asking us what airplane seats we preferred (window or aisle), provided us in advance with the phone number for the complementary hotel shuttle, little things we likely would not have thought of ourselves.We went on a cruise and Shane helped us choose Carnival after listening to our preferences. Neither of us had been on a cruise, so we were incredibly thankful for Shanes experience and recommendations. He helped us choose an ocean balcony room which was by far the best part of our trip. Also, our room was on the top floor and very close to the center of activity. We wondered several times if our room assignment was just good luck, or if it was Shane continuing to look out for us. We loved our room and its location!Thank you, Shane. Even before we left for the trip, John and I were saying that we would continue to use you in the future. The smoothness and hassle-free vacation only confirmed our previous thoughts. Thank you for answering all our questions in advance and for thinking of things we wouldnt have thought of ourselves. We will stop in and talk to you soon about our next vacation!

Aaron has been the best to work with. Booked my first trip with Aaron in 2008 and have only went back to him since. Amazing experience and always updating us on options, prices, changes, etc.A well planned trip makes all the worries disappear and Aaron is the secrete to my trip planning.

Traveled with family and friends for a destination wedding - we had huge family on both sides and largely attended by friends from all over. As far as i know not one of us had an issue. We all made it - it was a beautiful destination and venue and the wedding was fabulous! Thank you again - will return next time we plan a trip. Highly recommend Lacey.

I used New Horizons Travel and worked with Lacey Veenstra-Gay to arrange travel for a destination wedding. Travel arrangements worked out smoothly. I felt like her communication was fairly poor. For example, if I were to send an email to ask a few questions, she would never reply to all of the questions I asked. I ended up emailing her one question at a time because that was the only way she would answer me. Also prior to choosing to book with her, I asked a few different times if we could please meet in person to discuss our thoughts and plans and she would never acknowledge it. I wish I would chose someone else who was more responsive. Multiple guests who reached out to her about travel arrangements expressed similar concerns and ultimately chose to book on their own or through another agent because of these same issues.

Called this morning as I was referenced to talk with a shane and rude short and very non business like and unprofessional.

This company is amazing!!! Our flight was delayed and we were going to miss our connection out of JFK. We were going overseas for our mothers birthday and this delay would have lost us an entire day if not more. While we were trying fruitlessly to get this resolved at the gate, Shane came to the rescue! He was able to find a flight to an airport only 1 hour away and our delay is now only 4 hours instead of 24!Let me tell you, if Shane played Batman instead Christian Bale, he would have saved Rachel AND Commisioner Gordon. This guy is so fast, he makes the Flash looks slow! We didnt even tell them we were having issues, he just found the solution. I couldnt have dreamed of better service.
