Called 911 their team, was at my home within 25 mins of the initial call and began work right away.after the project was done. I am the president of a condominium HOA. Spent the day Saturday. Trying to get anyone to come out and snake a drain ended up calling this company. They dont snake drains, but they knew someone who would. They called and scheduled someone to come out. Saved us thousands of dollars. We didnt need their services but they went above and beyond to help us out.

I had flooding in my basement after a storm and these guys did a great job coming in and performing the water mitigation. turns out there was also mold too so they were able to take care of that as well very fast. i used to do construction with my dad so i tend to be critical but these guys knew what they were doing and did great work.

It was Sunday afternoon when my bf and I headed down to our basement and saw that we had experienced water sewage backup; not the most fun sight to see, so we called 911 Restoration. I really appreciated John coming to our house as soon as that day to assess the situation. He took the time to look at our home insurance policy and educate us on whether we were covered in a situation like this as I had no idea what to do or if I was covered. He explained what the next steps should be in order for our home to not experience any more damage and it was really nice to see how proactive and responsive he throughout the entire cleanup process. He put us more at ease than our actual insurance company. Highly recommend John if you ever experience anything like this yourself as a homeowner.

Theyre always on time the guys are really considerate and nice and on time every time they came to my home.

After the derecho, John responded very quickly to tarp my damaged roof in a timely and professional fashion. After this initial positive experience, John was invited to meet with the insurance adjuster to discuss the final roof repairs.A subsequent usage of the company to board up the affected area was ineffective, and required another company be called in to complete the board up effort.In the meantime, after being informed by the board-up staff we were on the calendar for final repair, no estimate was ever communicated to the insurance company for the final work. Was informed after waiting many weeks that 911 Restoration was not in a position to timely estimate the work and recommended I look elsewhere for repair help.

Had water in our basement after a storm and they came and make sure that it was a dry basement again they even let their equipment stay an extra day to make sure that it was dry for sure. They checked in everyday and kept us updated and that was very nice. Very easy to work with.

We had to have some walls repaired for water damage and mold remediation and John did a great job of explaining everything that the process was going to entail. They sealed off the areas very well so that nothing could get out into the house. Any concerns we had were quickly addressed.Happy with the work that they provided and the final product looks very well done.

I called 911 and they had a crew in my house drying the walls and floors in just a few hours. 911 called and reported the work progress regularly. I had called 911 Restoration and within 15 minutes they were at my house to give me a quote about the mold in my basement. We didnt listen tho our adjuster because we heard horror stories about listening to them.Let me first start off by saying these these guys are a smaller outfit with big family values and roots here locally. They helped us understand the situation that was going on, outkivned how the project would go, and made us feel so comfortable with everything.We had Service Master come out because thats who our adjuster told us we should use. After listening to both of them, I could tell the other company was only about big business and not about what really mattered to us, so we chose 911 and it was the best choice. Theyre amazing and we would recommend them to EVERYONE
