I would not recommend this agency to anyone except Mikes friends. Mike is the owner of this agency. Doesnt care about the clients, trying to give the most expensive policies and make a buck for himself. Prices got increased for me for some reason and after I asked why, the answer was just because all prices on all things go up from time to time, the same thing with insurance. However, I went to another agent and she could offer me better AND cheaper policy for my car. When I tried to cancel my policy with Maschoff, he couldnt even respond by the phone, so I left him a very moody message and after that, Ann contacted me by email and and told me the directions to cancel the policy with them.

We have been with Mike for a little over 2 years now, and we have always had a wonderful experience. I switched from State Farm where I was paying almost DOUBLE. Dee & Mike are always very responsive and helpful. I was one of the unlucky people who got water in their basement during all the rain a couple weeks ago, and I got a call from Mike the very next day even though he was out of town for his sons wedding. If that isnt dedicated service I dont know what is.Thank you both for all your help.

I was with mike for years. The second I asked why other insurance policies were cheaper he mislead me and then stopped returning my phone calls and ignored my emails...even though I was still his client! Very disappointed. Im a business owner and used him for both private and business insurance, apparently I was way over paying and was unaware. Would not recommend, very unprofessional end to our relationship.
