Always have a great experience in Autozone! The staff are super friendly and very helpful. A year ago, my tail lights got busted and they replaced it for me. Recently, my headlights were out and they took care of that, too! Would highly recommend them!

I sure hope a manager reads this and can deal with their problem. I always used to like shopping here. I was in the store on 12/29/20 to exchange a 2 1/2 ton jack for a 3 ton jack. I thought they would have been happy for the extra $30 for the more expensive jack. I thought the guy I dealt with was very argumentative and I am hoping he wasnt a manager. Will be going to OReilly Auto Parts from now on. For some reason at first he was trying to talk me out of getting a larger jack and then stated he would accept the jack I had for exchange if it hadnt been used. I told him it hadnt been used. It was like he wouldnt believe me even before seeing the jack and had to state again that he wouldnt accept the jack for exchange if it had been used. When I brought my jack in for the exchange I asked him if he thought I was lying to him and he told me to drop it or he wouldnt do the exchange. He was acting like I was the one being rude for even questioning him about how he was acting. I have never been treated so rudely in the many years that I have been there. I didnt get the associates name but will probably stop back one more time to do so. My receipt is marked REG #01 CSR #77 RECEIPT #959441 STR. TRANS #426373 STORE #2642 DATE 12/29/2020 10:37...info included just in case management wants to deal with the same individual I did. I just think an item should be looked at by a store associate prior to being hassled about whether or not it had been used. Just because some people try returning things they have used doesnt mean everyone does...I am one that does not. I think they should treat customers as being innocent until proven guilty.

Where can you fine car help at 5:45 pm on a Sunday? Thankfully I stopped at AutoZone in Angola and the store manager, Jon Kulpinski, went above and beyond to help me ! He found the problem and took the time to fix my car. I am an older woman and didnt know what I was going to do. AutoZone now has a customers for life! Thank you for restoring my faith in mankind in these troubling times.

Good prices for what you need for your vehicle.

Usually the employees are very knowledgeable but this time they had trouble with a running light on my car. First they got the wrong bulb and it had to be returned. Then when they went to put it back in they said I had to go to a mechanic because it was a electrical problem thats why it didnt work. Anyway after they left I looked at it and they hadnt plugged the wire back in. I do appreciate them getting the bulb out and in but that would have cost me a lot of money if I hadnt seen the problem.

Ive always had a good experience with these guys. There honest with you and know how to help you when your having issues. Im a eighteen year old who never really got into cars. I know a decent amount, but if Im stuck, these guys are the way to go.

Parts here are fairly priced. Staff is generally knowledgable. Easy to deal with.

Car was having some funky issues with the alternator/battery, and the staff did an amazing job helping me out! Now I have no check engine light, and the cars working as it should. Hard to believe they do this for free when mechanics want to charge you an arm and a leg just to do the job wrong lol.

5 employees behind counter.... One employee helping customers..... Needless to say.. They had to re-shelf all my items!

This is my go to place for parts and supplies. I know some things like fluids and filters I can find cheaper, but Ive always received great help and advice from the staff and they quickly process the tools I need tonrent/borrow.

Will never go there again. Extremely disappointed. They had no clue what I was talking about. Gave me the wrong part twice. Rented a tool that was three times more than what OReilly charges. Would have went to OReilly but they had tool loaned out. Never again

Competition is rough in Angola with 4 big name auto parts stores. Other than one store being on the East side of N Wayne and three on the West it is often which direction you are traveling. However, AZone has a friendly person or two, so thanks Jason.

Spent hour a n d half on phone, was lied to, tj said hed make it right and spent 600 in parts and labor to find out that supposedly warrenty was expired after they couldnt even find it in the computer the night before. So I called the manager tiffany and she made it right thank u Tiffany your a great manager and I appreciate all your help
