Not impressed. I was a new customer. I walked in with the reception desk at the door. I received no greeting from the receptionist who saw me walk in. Never did she acknowledge me. I sat there for ten minutes listening to her conversation with a stylist who had time on her hands. The first person to speak to me was the stylist who I was scheduled with. You only have one chance for an impression and that is the first moment. I was not impressed with my stylist either. This review sounds like I may have an ax to grind but that is not the case. I have worked in the public for many years and this is what I base this review on.

This is the place. So welcoming and great service. Walk away felling great with new head of style.

Such nice people, breathable atmosphere. Very peaceful to get a cut and/or a dye.

Very friendly staff and makes you feel right at home while pampering you. Had my hair colored two different colors and the end appearance far exceeded my expectations. They did a superb job and will definitely be going back and recommending to all my family and friends.

Alexis did my hair she was so sweet and amazing! I’ve had 3 other people try to get my hair how I wanted and she made me so happy with how well the color turned out. Excited to keep going back thank you ladies!

During this pandemic, my friend & I traveled down from Michigan for long overdue hair cuts! Abby was amazing & we could not have been more pleased with our results! It was well worth the trip!
