Call elsewhere for parts if you’re not a local customer. The impression we were given is that shipping parts out is bothersome and therefore they don’t have to retail them if you are from outside of Indiana. Go Hoosiers???

Ordered a grapple for my tractor from KFG. My salesman Willie made the process smooth and seamless as I live 90 miles away and had to do everything via email, etc.. When I came to pick it up I was greeted warmly and Willie took care of everything, got me loaded and back on the road in less than 30 minutes!

Dealt with their service department on some repair items and maintenance. Paulette was outstanding and extremely pleasant to work with.Everyone from the phone receptionist to the p/u and delivery driver were extremely customer oriented.

Here is a 5-Star service rating for Brad Warner at the Harcourt Rd. Kenn-Feld Group Location. My wife and I live in Okemos, MI just outside of Lansing. We are purchasing a small hobby horse farm and need a Tractor that has a bucket, plow and can cut the grass. After several hours of internet searching, I found a 2015 John Deere 3046 Tractor at a great price available at the Angola location. I e-mailed the location and Brad Warner responded promptly. I traveled 100 miles to see the tractor (on Saturday morning) and expected a high-pressure salesman. What I got was a gentleman that listened to my needs and questions and who provided knowledgeable feedback to give me the information I requested about the machine. I then was able to test drive the 3046 Tractor for as long as I needed to become comfortable with all the controls and functions (I spent at least ½ hour driving around the parking lot running the mower, lifting and lowering the bucket, etc). I did not plan on sealing the deal that day, but Brad made me feel so confident and comfortable, that the deal was sealed before I went home. My new (used) John Deere tractor will be delivered to Okemos soon. Great Job Brad!
