We had our ducts and vents cleaned. They called the day before to confirm the appointment. The crew showed up on time and were very professional. Most importantly, they did a great job! I would definitely recommend Dura Clean.

We hired Duraclean to deep clean our 3 Seasons Room. They cleaned all the walls, cleaning, windows, tile flooring. It looks brand new. They were kind, professional, and worked hard and efficiently while they were here. I am so grateful for their attention to detail and thoroughness. We will definitely hire them again.

We have used Duraclean on two occasions for carpet cleaning. Each time their workers were professional and thorough. They made sure to handle our furniture with care, and explained how long the process would take. I would highly recommend them.

Our overall experience with Duraclean Specialists was not satisfactory at all. One star is a generous rating. Duraclean did not stick to the quoted time frame they gave us for repairs. They did not line up contractors to do the parts of the job that needed to be done. I personally had to contact my own HVAC and plumber.I finished much of the work myself including drywall. Employees would come to our home, work for an hour or two and leave not returning again for the rest of the work day. A job we were quoted 3-4 days max to complete turned into almost 3 weeks.Our final bill contained hundreds of dollars in charges for services that Duraclean did not do.I would not recommend DuraClean for restoration services and I would not use them again.
