Each time I’ve gone in, by some twisted fate, ended up dealing with the same rude clerk named Janell. Terrible customer service. Incredibly rude. Likes to look for any small detail to tell you she can’t help you. And when you push back she ends up, miraculously, being able to help you after all. Imagine that.Here’s an example of her customer service from my first encounter with her:I came to the post office to complete my application for a PO Box. She was kind to the lady who was at the counter when I walked in the door. Like she was a regular. When she finished, I walked up to the counter, and Janell the clerk walked off and did some scanning and sorting. No acknowledgement to me, not a word spoken. A man came through the door, whom she greeted, but still did not come over to help me. Eventually she asked how she could help me. Before I could even finish getting my words out, she cut me off asking for my ID. She told me I needed a second form of ID that was non photo. I told her okay, no problem, I misread the instructions and that I would just go out to my car and grab my registration. She rudely (condescendingly) read the instructions out loud to me. And I attempted to interrupt her because that was not necessary. I wasn’t fussing or complaining, I was just simply going to go out to my car and grab my registration. Yet she continued to be an A**hole, so I grabbed my things and decided to come back the next day. Surely there would be someone else I could deal with then. WRONG. The next day I came in and brought my documents to Janell and she tried to tell me that my legal address had to be local for me to open a PO Box (I’m from Florida). This is false, she just really enjoys making people’s life difficult. I told her that all my documents have the same legal address and that’s all that’s required. If I had a local mailing address I probably wouldn’t need a to deal with her annoying self. She huffed and gave me what I came in for. But man oh man is she a nightmare.Get better help. Janell has demonstrated horrific customer service multiple times. And I’ve watched her treat others just as bad. It’s unacceptable.

Every person I spoke to seemed to be more stupid than the next. Terrible service, the old timers need updated training on how to take care of people; it’s overtly apparent that these boomers are simply there until lunch and it’s time to clock out.

The people here were super friendly and really helpful. I went in to get a a quote on shiping a package to Japan. The man I spoke with at the counter was very informative and really kind. As many know shipping a package to Japan in not cheap. The fella i spoke with was very helpful and understanding about me needing to think about my decision and contacting my girl friend to help with my dicision.

Went for passports.. They were very helpful and quick.

One of the best post offices I’ve ever been to.

This post office has had their internet down for more than a week. They are unable to take a credit card or open a new account for a post office box. This is unacceptable in the 21st century. I understand if a system does not work for a few hours or even a full business day but not being able to conduct routine business for a week or greater without a state of emergency is ridiculous.

Delivery on Erskine Street in Angleton is Horrible. Not sure if they have temp help, but they threw my package over my fence. It was wedged in between my wall and my bench. Its not the first time... I have also been getting mail that belongs to a neighbor thats three houses away. I tried calling customer service, because I have an actual delivery BOX. Wait time was over an hour. The postmaster here really needs to talk to the drivers about paying attention...

Mrs. Yolanda was very helpful. I had issues w forwarding address for a business and a PO Box to my home and she offered to look into it and call me back as soon as she knew something. She called me 10 minutes later with instructions. Every time i stop by everyone else is also really nice and apologizing for the wait. Thank you!

This post office it one of the worst in Brazoria county and should not even be able to operate. They change your address to whatever they feel like and very unprofessional and never call back like they are suppose to and just keep bouncing you back and forth to people. They don’t even know what they are talking about half the time. This place did a damn joke

This post office is horrible and I have made several complaints and nothing change. No way to contact my phone. You have to go to the office to communicate. My neighborhood has made several complaints also nothing changes. This post office need to be closed down.

Mail delivered to the wrong address - I understand that with the holidays here, extra people will be hired to help handle the load. However, it bothers me more than a little to think that my mail will continue to be delivered to the other apartment complex on the same street that also has the same apartment number as mine but a different street number because the delivery person either cant get the correct information from the small-town Angleton post office in the first place, or else cant figure out on their own the difference between the two apt complex addresses. I guess I should just feel lucky that the person who received all of *my* mail was honest enough to take *my* mail to the apartment manager, who in turn called me to tell me why I had not received any mail that day. NONE of the residents in my apartment complex received their mail because *their* mail was also delivered to the other apartment complex.

Useless. Shameful service. Carrier delivered packages by THROWING them on my doorstep. THEY WERENT EVEN MY PACKAGES. If the carrier had bothered to knock, I couldve told them that. I drove them back to the office to return them but they were closed (go figure). Cant get any kind of service on the phone to answer. Heres your tax dollars hard at work ladies and gents.

The staff are very friendly and helpful with low costing shipping. always apologizes for the wait and sometimes there is hardly a wait.

This location is a mixed bag as far as the workers are concerned. Some of the workers are very nice, polite, and helpful. A couple of the male workers are just the opposite and seem put out if you ask them questions.

I spent $250 sending certified letters today. There were about 70 +/-. I was made aware that the employee, Bill, did not want to do these. He made me feel uncomfortable the entire time I spent in front of him. Shaking his head, telling the room that it isnt fair to everyone else that you bring this many envelopes. I will NEVER use this post office again. Thanks Bill.

Great customer service for passport application!! Fast and easy:)

Interesting place, its open all week but only 2 hours on Saturday. Never seen that before!

The most horrible service, especially if you want to get your passport done, please go somewhere else. They will make you wait all day, until theyve taken care of all their customers. People who are applying for a passport are not considered as customers. We are in their mercy. This post office should shut down ASAP.

Paid extra for one day delivery and it was supposed be delivered today by 8pm. Guess what wasnt on my doorstep by 8pm like the track my package said it would be
