I was in a big truck stuck in some sand and I needed a truck to pull me out just outside of town told Kevin that I needed a pickup truck or a heavy duty pickup truck and he didnt want to listen to me said he didnt have any big trucks available to pull me out and I told him I didnt need a big truck just a little one and he told me no was rude and inconsiderate thinks he knows everything. I was able to get pulled out by a pickup truck just like I had said
