Took myself and my two guys, 1.5 hours to get the door closed. Rotted out dumpster and paid full price for it. Wont get another from here.

Hello,Please make sure to read this before considering another Dumpster company.... I am in the middle of a complete home renovation in Medford, MA. I have been through 3 other companies and about 15-20 dumpsters to this point.This company is by far, THE MOST cost effective! ...Better yet, the owner understand the value of repeat business. They are very thorough... Every aspect of pick-up and delivery can be done through email if so desired or by calling. They are very up front about there charges and overage fees (YES OVERAGE FEES DO OCCUR SOMETIMES)This is OUR responsibility to be more vigilant in watching the weight. In the 3 times I have used them, I was only over once and I was pretty sure before they picked it up, that I was going to be. I had the dumpster 4 already weeks because of inclement weather. At the end we loaded it up with old wood clapboard siding that was removed. It was basically over flowing. Everything I was already aware of, happened. No Surprises! I was charged the overage that THEY had to pay themselves to dispose of the excess tonnage.If I had used Ultimate Dumpster, this now 800 dollar dumpster I was paying for, would have been around 1700. They allow 3 tons of approved trash, where other companies ^^ only allow 1 ton, for the same size dumpster.They allow the first 2 weeks free where other companies ^^ charge extra (daily) after 1 week.There are a lot of variable that Ive come to understand with this process. Communication is key and they do a very good job of it. Do your research! Ask about the overage cost, the initial weight youll be allowed, the time you will be allowed and if that is all satisfactory, look at the delivery process. Not the first time Ive rented a roll of dumpster. The people on the phone were fine. Delivered as agreed at a competitive price. Plus the driver took the time to get the dumpster squared away just as I requested. They were easy to work with, even though I ended up keeping the dumpster 10 days longer than I estimated I would need it. Good, reliable dumpster rental company.

Great local dumpster rental service. We rented a dumpster to clean out an old house were going to renovate and the prices were affordable, but it was the customer service that really stood out. Between phone conversations and email, they were always friendly and answered all our questions. Well be using them again throughout our renovation process.

On a Wednesday, I called the central office and asked if they would be able to deliver a 10 yard roll off on Thursday, and pick it up on Friday because I had an event on my yard on Saturday. She called the branch in Isanti, MN and confirmed the service. On Friday afternoon after I came back from work, the roll off was still there. I called the Isanti branch, and the owner answer the phone. He told me he was not going to pick up on Friday, and said he would do so on Monday.I ended having my yard event with a dumpster right on my yard.Advise: consider other options. I own a remodeling company, and I can tell you that I paid about $80 more than I normally do with other companies, the branch owner was rude, and didnt comply with the service they agreed to provide. They just lost a commercial customer.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and while looking for our contractors we found Dumpster R Us, Inc in Andover MA. They were there with a 10 yard container the day after I called! We were very happy with their customer relations and I was very pleased with how easy it was to navigate their website and ordering options. In fact not a single contractor showed up to start the work the day this project was supposed to start but Dumpsters R Us had our 10 yard container waiting first thing. Thanks guys!
