Arthur and Dave + team were amazing to work with. Responses to scheduling requests were quick and easy. We primarily saw homes with Dave who was very knowledgeable about the basics of home construction and could give us good information about how quality the home was. After every showing they gave us space to think and process, and we never felt pressure to make an offer that we were uncomfortable with. David and Arthur at DNA Reality were amazing. From start to finish, they treated us like family. We were moving from NY to NH and had one specific weekend where we would be able to come and look for a house. We were on a super time crunch and needed to see as many houses as possible during those three days. To make matters harder on them, this was at the peak of COVID and no one could have open houses, so they had to schedule a specific time for each house. We sent them a long list of houses that we wanted to see and David was able to show us almost every one during that weekend. He was always on time at the beginning of each day and made sure we kept our schedule. At one point, we wanted to go back and see two of the houses for a second time, and David was able to make a few phone calls and get us back in there. We found a house that we fell in love with and decided we wanted to put an offer on it. This is when Arthur took over. He walked us through every step. The house ended up having 14 other offers, all well above asking price, so we had to be strategic. Arthur knew exactly what to do and always kept in contact with the sellers agent. Although, we did not have the highest offer, we still got the house and I truly believe it was because of the hard work Arthur and David did during that process. After our offer was accepted, the craziness began with inspections, appraisals, the loan, etc. Arthur and David were always a phone call or text away. I texted a few times around 11PM and I was surprised that I actually got an answer that late at night. They both truly are the most hardworking individuals I have met. I also know what a bad real estate agent is like because the sellers agent was incredible apathetic and lazy. She made it very difficult to close on time and I am honestly surprised we did. Arthur and David had to pick up the slack and completed tasks that normally the sellers agent does, like sending the appraiser a list of comp houses. The sellers agent never did that and when Arthur found out why the appraisal was being delayed, he got right to it and that night sent 6 comp houses to the appraiser. Even though we closed during the craziest month of the craziest year, they knew that we needed to leave NY and move into our house on a specific date and made sure it happened. Overall, I could not recommend them more for your future home buying experience. You can not go wrong.

As a young professional with no previous background in home-ownership, the process wouldve been much more daunting if it wasnt for Arthur. One thing that really stood out to me while working with Arthur was the sense of partnership - We were able to compare the short term benefits (based on the condition on the home) and long term returns within my budget and quickly come to a decision. Arthur does this full time and is highly knowledgeable - Hell ask the right questions that keeps the buyer thinking and informed. Needless to say we closed on a home in less than 2 months from the time I hired him. Hell definitely be getting more business from me!
