We have had a couple of events at this place. It’s a great place for children’s birthday parties.

Went to a birthday party there. I really appreciated that one party jumped at a time and they had big sanitation sprays that they sprayed the bounce houses down before the next party jumped. The door said masks required but my family and the guys working were the only ones wearing one so its not enforced. It was warm inside the building.

Decent place to have a birthday party for preschoolers.

Clean dry warm playground for children

My son got lit on fire by another mean boy and then jumped on my son, and hurt his spine. I have spent $80,000 in spinal repair. He had a fun time before that though, i love Jumpy Jump land. 4/5.

We have been coming here forever for all the kids bdays and now they have some staff walking around telling kids not to run or do flips pretty much everything a kid does on and around the obstacles. Will be finding another place in the future.

Staff was very attentive and took extra precautions sanitizing throughout the entire jump session. I was very impressed and we will be returning!

Kids enjoyed the birthday party with their friends, playing on the inflatable bounce houses in the air conditioned warehouse. The only strange thing was the party was scheduled for 3.5 hours, with only the first 2 hours of jump time. The children ended up running around and playing near the tables for the last 1.5 hours. The time still went quickly. Our 4 year old did have a small bump on his forehead that we noticed afterwards. One definitely needs to keep a close eye on the younger children.

Hosted my sons 1st birthday party here and it turned out great! The reason why I put 4 stars thought was because even though the staff was very nice when we first walked in, they didn’t provide trash cans for us until the end when it was time to clean up, and we actually had trash in between throughout the party, and I like to pick up as I go. But other then that, everything turned out great!

My son (3yo) loves to go for Open Jump. Great place to burn off some energy for $5.

We take our kids here during open jump and have been to a few birthday parties. The staff could use a little more caring, but overall the price and entertainment value is worth it.

Staff was wonderful with helping everyone stay safe. I wish that the area had safty mats surrounding all jump houses and some mats needed replaced. That is why only 4 stars.

No frills place to have you kids bday party. Could be cleaner, empty the trash cans more often.

Not a terrible spot. My kid had a great time. I took a star off because one of the bouncers was not fully inflated. The bouncers are not maintained, either. Many had tips and tears in the lining. Nothing serious, just stuff that was not visually appealing. I did see the employees spraying down the insides of the jumpers at closing time.

You got to take your kids here mine are all grown there 12 and 16 and they still had so much fun.

Great place for kids to exercise when its cold outdoors! Ive gone a few times to the Open Jump at the Bel Aire location, and always been pleased. The evenings weve attended usually have plenty of space to play. This location has the perfect inflatable, made specifically for smaller children and staff enforce the weight limit so it doesnt feel overcrowded. Tonight Im going to the Haysville Open Jump location, and hope its just as fun!

We were at a birthday party and the kids/ adults had so much fun! I would have liked to see the workers walking around, monitoring for safety reasons.

Wont be returning to this place ever again this last Saturday 2/18/2017 was the 3rd time Ive visited for a birthday party and everytime we go one or all of our kids get sick like throwing up running fevers and diarrhea, this place us very unclean and very unsanitary. As much as my kids like this place I again will definitely not be returning, Honestly I hate to say this but this place should not even be in business!!!

I took my grandkids and drove all the way to Andover after weeks of trying to go there. Their communication and website is not updated. Website said they were open, my granddaughter called before we drove there and they told her they were open till 2 pm. Got there, doors were locked and no answer on their phone. A lady arrived and told me she didnt think they will be open till August due to the sale of fireworks over the Holiday and probably needed time to put back equipment??? Why not tell this to my granddaughter or update their website???!!! Im done with them.

Took my grandson to a birthday party here. 8 yr olds. He said the pizzas were Eh so-so and that up where the kids climb into, its dirty and had gum stuck all over in it. Yuck

Came here for a birthday party. Kids had fun but the staff was very hands off. Not sure if that was the party package or not.

The kids went crazy and had a great time, then took a nap on the way home so we had a great time.

It wasnt very fun for my 5 year old. Too limited. Younger kids would probably enjoy it.

Booked a party online and called to ask about deposit at the Bel Aire location and the lady sounded extremely irritated and was rude. She cut me off every time I asked a question or gave her an answer and then cut me off to put me on hold because I asked her why she kept interrupting me.

I don’t recommend jumpy jump land We were supposed to have my nephew’s 3rd birthday there on Dec. 1st @ 5 pm. My brother and his fiancé paid there deposit on Nov. 13 2012. As we arrive there a worker named Shureff told us that there was no party there that day. My brother’s fiance showed him their copy of the contract and he said that there isn’t anything he could do because there weren’t enough employees to help. If they knew there were was a party there then they should have made more employees stay. So he made us all leave. He showed no effort in trying. We had to tell 30+ kids who were from the ages of 2-7 years old that they weren’t going to have a party there. The worst part about this whole thing is knowing that we can’t take the years back.

Double booked time by mistake and made no effort to correct it.Very unclean conditions.

The staff was rude, my nephew touched one of their so called fences and it fell down. They tried to charge us for the fence and the cost of it, WHAT IF HE WAS ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE FENCE! The fence could have seriously hurt him.

Great place for b-day partys but scheduling can be troublesome.
