I had front alignment done on my 07 gmc 2500. Got to looking when I got home and one of the ajustment bolts were loose.called to have it corrected. Made appointment for 3:30. When I got there they said I didnt have a appointment. I will find another place to take my vehicles to.
I have the hardest time finding someone to change my oil correctly. Long story short, my car must need some wacky filter because I usually have to take it back to be fixed. I explained that to the sales guy and he took the extra time to write down my VIN and make sure the filter was correct. Its been a week and theres been no problems so far! Very happy with my experience.
I spent $800.00 for tires for my car. I needed a flat fixed. There were 4 open bays the parking lot was empty, and employees standing around. This was early Monday morning. They told me that it would be Wednesday before they could fix a flat and there was no way to work it in. I had a trip on Tuesday and needed the tire fixed. I went to the store on Greenwich and K96. Every bay was full and everyone was busy. Their parking lot was full. They said if I leave it they would get it done today. I have had numerous bad experiences at the Andover store and will not go back for future needs. I used to go to the north Greenwich store before the Andover store opened. They have always had good service. They told me that I was the second one today from Andover with a similar problem. I will either go to the Greenwich store or go to a competitor.Update: The north Greenwich store called within 2 hours that the tire was fixed and my car was ready to pick up. I am 3 miles from the Andover store and 9 miles from the north Greenwich store I will pretend the Andover store doesnt exist and go back to the store on Greenwich, who I used before the Andover store opened.

I wish I could give 0 instead. What a nightmare dealing with this company has been. I brought my vehicle (that was in perfect mechanical condition) in for a routine oil change. Due to a faulty oil filter it caused my engine to blow. Firestone agreed to replace the engine. After having my vehicle for 7 weeks I finally got my car back and noticed it was shifting hard and was leaking transmission fluid. They realized that during the engine swap they stretched a hose too far and caused a hole. They replaced the hose and refilled the transmission fluid. Unfortunately, that didnt fix the shifting issue so I took it back in multiple times to have them figure out why. Once they couldnt figure it out they told me we dont do transmissions and referred me to a local transmission shop. After the diagnostic I was told that due to the leak it had burned up the gears and that I was going to need a new transmission. I contacted firestone to let them know and was told, we arent going to keep fixing things as a courtesy to you. I was then told that even though they dont do transmissions that the only way it would be covered is if they did it in house because they arent going to pay a transmission shop 2-3k when firestone can do it for $500. It is absolutely unacceptable that I have to accept subpar work because they dont want to pay to rectify the damage they have caused. The claims department through their corporate office has not helped at all. While I wait to hear back from an attorney I will be making sure to let everyone know the kind of business this is.
Recently got a new motor came in for a oil change and said I needed a break flush, spark plugs, and a new air filter when I haven’t gone on any dirt roads in a long time. A little sketchy and I don’t recommend it wanted me to pay $800 out of pocket
They performed an alignment on my car but couldn’t tell me if anyone had test drove it after the alignment and even though it was driving me off the road they still wanted to argue with me that I had bad parts in my front end. I had just replaced everything in the front end and was just needed them for their alignment rack definitely not a trustable source for automotive work by any means. Just a bunch of parts changers, not competent mechanics with common sense.
This place is so great. Every time I go here, they impress me with their service. Today, it took longer than anticipated because they were so busy....and when I went to go check out, they told me there would be no charge because it shouldnt have taken so long. What other garage would do this?!! We are going to always get our tires and oil changes from this place!!
I just wanted to see if they had a tire in my size and someone picked up the phone, didnt say anything, and then just hung up. Definitely wont be recommending this place to anyone
This place is TERRIBLE, i needed an oil change and i could not get an appointment. There were lots of people standing and talking. Surely they would know how to change oil. Will NEVER be coming back

I wish to give 0 star. I have scheduled an oil change a week in advance and was told that it will take approximately an hour to do the job. On the day of the appointment, I brought my vehicle 15 min prior to the scheduled time. More than 2 hrs later, oil wasnt change yet. I couldnt wait any longer. Very disappointing experience! Terrible customer service! What the point of scheduling an appointment, if no one fallows the schedule?
This crew really stepped in and helped me out! I was traveling, and the dealership in my hometown had broken a washer when changing my oil before my trip. I discovered I had a major problem about 20 minutes before closing time. This crew made sure that everything was fixed, and that I could continue my trip.The bonus was how friendly the staff was. This place is fair and honest, and does great work.They repaired my car and the total came in WELL below what they had originally estimated because it wasn’t as difficult to fix as they initially thought. I would have never known the difference if they had charged me the full amount. Kerrington and the crew are awesome!
I went here because my car was smoking from under the hood. They ended up telling me it was the upper radiator hose which is a easy fix. They wanted to charge me almost $200 to fix it. I ended up buying the hose for $11 and fixed it myself. They also charged me $80 for a oil change and $40 to test pressure which seemed somewhat reasonable. I had a appointment at 1 and they didn’t end up getting to my car until around 2:15. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Stopped in at noon and asked if I could get 2 new tires . I was told it was going to be awhile before they could get to it . I asked if I could bring it back at 3 pm I was told that would work. Showed up at 2:55 waited 45 minutes and saw that my truck hadnt moved out of the parking lot. Ask if was going to be much longer and was told it was be 4:30 before they could get to it. I asked for my keys back and left. If they had told me it was going to be 4:30 before they could get to it when I stopped in at noon I would have been back at 4:30. This was going to be the second time I was there but will not be back.
I had replaced most of the front end components on my son’s car including all tie and stabilizer joints, and struts. I do most of the work on our cars myself but didn’t have the equipment for a proper alignment. I selected Firestone because Walmart’s tire center was not doing work for the tires. Since Firestone performed service as well, it was most convenient to have them do both.I sent my son to Firestone get two new tires and the alignment. They put the tires on ok but tried to tell my son that they needed to replace most of the front end components that I had already replaced. The estimate was well over $1000. They refused to do the alignment unless the recommended work was completed. I believe that any competent, and frankly, honest mechanic would have recognized the condition of new components and joints, and would have at least asked if the work had been recent or who completed the work if he felt it wasn’t done correctly.I was hoping that a branded shop like this was above these tactics but they have disappointed me in that respect.My advice is that if you’re not knowledgeable in auto repair, always get two or more opinions/estimates from different shops before committing to costly repairs that you may or may not need. I have found that local shops and individuals have a vested interest in their reputation and business livelihood, and will tend to be more upfront. Ask family and friends about who they use.Caveat emptor my friends.
Great work and at least at this firestone the guy at the kiosk isnt a butt. They got everything done quickly and done well. The location is good too, right off the highway next to dillons and restaurants. Theyre not cheap but not outrageous either.
It took a hour for them to even get my car inside the shop and I scheduled a appointment at 6 a clock this morning and they took over a hour and a half just to do a oil change and i schedule for way more then just that I would recommend anyone to go here ever!!!

Dropped the car off at 11a for a quick break job, employee told me it would be done right about 3p. I called at 4p and they said it hasn’t even been started. At 15min until close (6:45p) they told me they finally checked the breaks and told me what was wrong. It took them 8hours to diagnose breaks. But I already knew the problem, and I told them the problem, I brought it in to fix exactly that. The appointment I waited all day for was for them to FIX that. I had to leave the car there until 12:30p the next day for it to finally be done. 25hr for a 4hr job, that I was told will be done in 3.5hrs

I have visited a store recently and I wanted to let you guys know how it went.On 8/21 I requested an appointment through the App. My scheduled time was later that day, 1pm. I arrived early. I did discuss services and time frames. We agreed that the AC service and air/cabin filter would wait. The other service I wanted were, 19 point inspection with full synthetic (15.00 off coupon), brake inspection (free coupon), check engine light (free coupon) and car care package (coupon 9.99). At 12:50pm I left the store. When i arrived back at 1:45pm, my car had not moved. About 1:50pm I went into the store. Shortly after arriving into the store, they pulled my car into a bay to start my requested services. Around 2:10pm, I was informed by a team member that they applied a discount to my bill due to the long wait period. About 2:30pm, my car left the bay and I was told it was finished. The team member and myself began to review what was done. The auto tech gave me a synthetic blend, not full that is recommended. They did not scan for the check engine light, I was not given a brake inspection. The only part of the car care package that was stated was completed was, a tire rotation. And that was not completed at all. During the review of all the services the team member became upset when I was asking why it took so long and nothing I needed was done. The team member then informed me that my service was free. I then took my keys and left. I left with my check engine light on, my low tire pressure light on, my tires not rotated, my break squealing, no wiper fluid, no 19 point inspection and no complete vehicle inspection. On my trip the next day to Missouri. I was extremely worried about my cars over all care. I also became upset about how I was treated in the store. Also how relaxed the Covid-19 policy was (team member not wearing mask, or frequently touching and replacing it). The techs in the garage without gloves or masks, some without eye protection, many entering the lobby. The amount of customers in the lobby and the small seating area for customers. It was over all just a bad experience. I do not want to go to that location in Andover Ks ever again. The cost free service doesnt make up for my time and how I was treated. I cant even say if the oil and filter was really changed.Very Disappointed
Apparently you all don’t answer your phone there from 640pm on. Done a lot of business there trying to keep local do I need to move? All I wanted to know is if you had a trailer tire in the size I needed, so I could be there first thing in the morning. What a bunch of BS!
The place was busy which is always a good sign. The waiting area was very clean and they had free coffee and water. The men working there were very busy but still had time to talk with the customers. I made an appointment for 6:00 p.m. and my car was on the rack and work taking place at 6:00 p.m.. How awesome is that.Since I ordered my tires online and they were not on display in the showroom, I asked to see one before they they were placed on the car. As busy as everyone was, they still found time bring one of the tires into the waiting area for me to see. I was even given a quick overview about the tires I purchased.Now I know why the place was so busy. They provide great customer service.
Firestone $900.00 Bait & Switch: Front tires (bought at Firestone) balance issue complicated by seized brake caliper according to Firestone. BAD diagnosis according to second opinion at Rusty Eck, who checked the brakes (which they repaired Dec 2019) and found nothing wrong. Then Eck balanced the front tires (as was requested at Firestone), problem solved. Firestone therefor tried to bilk me out of nearly $900.00 worth of brake repairs I DID NOT need - SAD!
We were headed home when a brake caliper seized up and smoke started rolling out. Seeing the Andover Firestone shop, we pulled in and told them our dilemma. They were closing in thirty minutes, but when they found out we were two hours from home and had nowhere to stay, their service guys volunteered to stay late and save the day. We were so thankful and can’t praise the job they did enough! Thanks, Joshua and Kaleb!
A story, caveat I will try them again and modify review if things change. TLDR at bottom.I had a scheduled tire rotation and alignment at 9:30. I got behind on my morning routine and was late. I called approx 9:55A if it was still OK to come in they acknowledge and could work me in. I live about 8 minutes away and get there a little after 10A. They originally quoted it would be 1H30min to do, upon arrival I ask how long and the front desk guy said itll be a little longer.Totally understandable I was late I figured it would take 30mins-1H longer.I waited for 2H 30mins and go up to the clerk and ask him how much longer it would be. He says they are pulling in my car next and itll be 45min-1H. I said fine I waited this long. I went to the Dillons across the way (spent aprox 35 minutes doing grocery shopping) and as I am walking back I see my car parked in the same spot. I go in ask if it is done (he kinda panics seeing I have groceries) and he replies my car is next. I just bought perishables and I am not going to wait I ask for my car keys and leave, because he already lied to me twice about times.TLDR: Waited over 3 hours for an alignment/tire rotation. Service not done, and clerk lied misled me multiple times. They do not have good time management.

A drove in with flat, well run flat, and they fit me in and fixed me up. They still gave me a good deal even though I was already on their lift. I appreciate the serves and value their integrity.
I scheduled my oil change online and I was called and asked to bring the car in early. I dropped my car off an hour and a half early and 4 hours later it was ready. I credit them for warning me it would take some time, but seems a little much for an oil change. They did also inspect the car and indicated I need new brakes. Im looking to see if I can find someplace that can turn the car around a little quicker.
Scheduled appointment on a monday for 9am thursday guy at desk was clueless called at12 noon didnt know when they would get it in not a PRIORITY to them. Yes I was told I wasnt a priority
When you take your car here look over your tires before you go. I did and magically a nail found its way into the side wall of my tire on the way from my house to firestone. It was odd because while I was in the waiting room two more customers had nails in the side wall of their tires. Firestone also tried to sell me more parts and services than a Jiffy Lube confidence trickster. They were also priced significantly higher than other repair shops in the local area. As a veteran and a local business owner I will never take my vehicle to Firestone again. I wish I had looked at their online reviews before I tried them out.
It was evident from the second I walked into the showroom that these employees are all following the mission that they were trained to carry out. Who doesnt want to feel important when you are about to spend money on your transportation needs? I love to witness this level of professionalism, because it appears to be on the decline in America. Firestone is on the right track in hiring and keeping good employees. Looking forward to my next visit and use my new Firestone credit card!
I wanted to find out few service quotes on my small 2014 pick up truck and the quote I got from them was ridiculous.. So many restrictions and government taxing them heavily or something. I am a consumer and I want the best service at best price. These guys quote was at least $100 - $200 higher than other competitors around the area. You make sure you do your research first before you make your decision. I ended up going somewhere else of course.
Talked to them the day before and set up an appointment for the next day. Went in the next day and they had to substitute the tires(no problem) then after getting the tires on they called to ask if I wanted an alignment. They aligned the tires and it was all done in about 2 hrs. Excellent and extremely competent service. Will be doing business with them in the future!

Oh god where to begin?! I came in & scheduled an apt for 4, they said it would take an hr. we showed up at 3:45 and told them we had an apt at 4 and they were so clueless, the guy finally said “oh yeah okay we’ll get started on it” all I needed was ONE tire plugged and our new tire put on the other side. So we are sitting across the street & 5:00 comes around and our car is STILL sitting in the parking lot, keep in mind there is at least 5 people working and 3 cars in the shop area. So we ask for our keys back & explain our frustration and he says “sorry here’s your Keys” rude as hell and gets on the phone. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA WAIT AROUND ALL DAY.
Showed up at my scheduled time for an alignment on my vehicle, they were unable to complete my alignment at ny scheduled time, wanted me to bring my vehicle back the next day, but I work full time which is why it was scheduled.
I get my vehicles serviced by Firestone. I had a bad Interstate battery and was referred in to them because they are a dealer. The battery is only a few months old and I didn’t have a receipt. The employee Nick said he couldn’t help me and refused to look at the date on the battery. He also said there was no way to prove I didn’t steal it out of a dumpster and put it on my car. Very odd thing to say and I won’t be returning for any type of service.
Dont ever use this location. I use Firestone all the Southern states through my company and have a good experience. This location said it would be two days for an oil change. Can you leave it with us for an oil change.
Dropped my vehicle off at 9:30. Its 6:30, and Im still waiting. Against my better judgement, due to distance, I chose Firestone over Tracys Automotive for an OIL CHANGE. Ive been waiting 9.5 hours to get an oil change. Tracys was always fast and reliable. This is TERRIBLE customer service.
Scheduled an appointment showed up on time and they were unable to perform my alignment, that was PRE scheduled, and pre paid for, during the time scheduled.

Excellent customer service. I called at 6pm, a hour before they closed for the day, and asked if they might be able to get me in for an oil change. After checking the workload of his staff he quickly responded with a Yes! We will take care of you. Bring it in. I went to the store and both the lobby and shop were very clean and inviting. He told me the cost of the oil change upfront and said he would make sure they were done before they left for the night. The crew ended up staying 20 minutes past close to make sure I had my car for tomorrow. They also gave me suggestions on things I should take care of (battery, tires etc.). They were genuine and not pushy. I will definitely have my car serviced here again. ** Bonus** They donate to the boys and girls club and they support WSU Tech and hire local graduates! Staff is very friendly manager Carrington is the bomb he takes care of you like you should be very impressive. I have had 6 vehicles taken care of by them and they stand behind the work even if there is a slightest hiccup. I never feel cheated or pressured by these folks . Keep up the the good work !
If I could leave less than 1 star I would. They, I REPEAT THEY, scheduled my appointment for 4 pm today. I arrived at 4:08 and ask if I was too late that I could reschedule. An extremely unfriendly individual checked me in and said they would get right to it. At 5:08 I got up and ask for my keys back. I sat there that ENTIRE time without any communication from him as to why my car was still in the parking lot. Exceptionally poor customer service and I certainly will never recommend to anyone. The customers time is every bit as valuable as yours and communication on your part would have avoided this issue.

Brought in my antique truck to have a tire fixed. I heard a loud squealing/screeching and when I went out side dude had my truck making all sorts of noise. He killed it many times and reved the motor clear to the moon. He sat there pedal to the floor. On top of that he hit the body with the jack handle multiple times.They were extremely careless with my vehicle and caused damage.Im very unhappy about this. These are not cheap fixes...

I took my car into the Andover location on August 20th because of a loud high pitched “squeal” it was making. I was told I needed new brake pads, then I received a call a day or so later and was told that I had a broken strut too. Long story short I got a call on the 3rd of September, after two weeks my car was finally repaired! After handing over $1100.00 my car is still making the same high pitched sqeal.

Went to have an oil change done and when I received the car back the system was not reset, and there was no indicator as to when my next oil change was due. For the price I believe both these things should have been taken care of. Will not be going back.

Friendly staff. Had my oil changed and had both differential fluids changed. First time I went out to drive my truck there was a large oil stain on my driveway and a softball size stain of gear oil under both differentials on my driveway. General cleanup after a fluid change is a basic expectation. They did no cleanup and now I am cleaning my driveway.
