Great teachers, great master. Started when I was not but around 10 years old and continued it for a great portion of my life. Master Shin has been nothing but caring and kind, as well as supportive and honest. Even after I have taken a bit of a leave from his business he still continues to help me to this day. I am truly grateful for everything he has done for me and I could not recommend a better Teacher and master to anyone else.

My ten year old Andrew has been working through his TKD belts for a little while now and is up to his purple belt. Andrew is not a natural by any means but the staff at Master Shins is amazingly patient with teaching him the moves he needs to know to move up in belts. I can truly see the enjoyment on Master Shins face when he is working with the children. He has an excellent ability to teach and maintain the discipline that is required to organize each class that he runs. It has been a wonderful experience for both Andrew and his family.

The instructors work hard to build confidence in all kids. Positive energy at every class to encourage kids. Very clean school. Master Shin always available to address any concerns. The instructors are extremely responsible, well spoken, dedicated individuals.

My son started here when he was 4 1/2 years old. Now he is almost 9 . I see a big difference in his confidence, physical and mental skills. Masters coaching and teaching values makes a difference. I like the fact that they participate in competitions, demos etc which helps the kids in the long run.I would definitely recommend this place.

Master Shin and his instructors are really great with my five year old son. They have an amazing amount of patience. I really like the way the payment/sessions work, Master Shins is very flexible. Also, their new facilities are beautiful.

Long-time student, over 10+ years. Master Shin has always provided an exceptional learning environment that is both creative and tailored to the needs to the student/class. Master Hwang, who also works at the school, has the utmost patience and positive personality. Combined, Master Shins is an outstanding learning experience that evolves as the student evolves regardless of age, gender or capability.

I have 2 boys 13 and 8 years old. My older joined Master Shins when he was around 5 and the younger one joined at around 4 1/2 years old. Our boys love it here. TKD has taught them discipline, patience along with the actual Martial Arts.We feel safe leaving our boys at Master Shins and if we are running late to pick them up we never ever have to worry. My kids have developed some of their strongest friendships here.Master Shin and Master Hwang are great with kids! Always patient, always soft spoken.

This is great Taekwondo school. Master Shin is very experienced Taekwondo practitioner, and he makes his classes a lot of fun. Also, his school is very clean. Many martial arts gyms often feel and look somewhat run down in terms of cleanliness. Not this school! We recently held a birthday party for my son at Master Shins school, and many parents were amazed by its cleanliness.

My son has been taking classes at Master Shins school since he was 4 years old. I remember the first day he was there, I had to do the class with him because he was so shy. After a few more classes, he began running into the studio because he was so excited. Master Shin and Master Kwon are wonderful with the youngest of students (Little Tigers) all the way on up. My son has learned about another culture and about the meaning of respect, discipline, hard work, winning and losing, and how it relates to the rest of life.

Master Shin and his instructors are great, his studio is amazing and the class schedule is flexible! My seven year old daughter has been taking Tae Kwon Do lessons at Master Shins for about a year. She absolutely loves it.

Master Shin has the best school in the area. His staff is very professional and teaching facilities are amazing, world-class. My children learned a lot from both him and Master Hwang. I highly recommend this school.

I have been taking my son here for 2 years and I am very happy with the school. I have spent many years in Martial Arts, and when it was time for my son to begin, I was very selective and wanted to take him to a reputable school. Not only are Master Shin and Master Hwang very qualified, they have a great way with the children. They are great about teaching effort, respect and disciple without being at all intimidating. Besides teaching Tae Kwon Do, they teach the importance of school and family.I have seen an improvement in my sons self confidence and he really enjoys going.

I cant say enough about Master Shin and his family and Master Wong. What they teach the children is much much more than just the art of Tae Kwon Do. They teach respect, love, compassion, dedication, self confidence, self respect, respect for their community, the environment and society. They teach participation and inclusion, compassion and help for others less fortunate.Every class ends with a little life lesson. There are games that the children love that keep them interested and promote fitness, strength, coordination and agility. My children have been participating for perhaps 8 years now. I am so proud of the work they have done and am impressed by what they have achieved. Our son started his Taekwondo journey when he was 5. He is now 13 and still loves it. The program helped him grow both physically and mentally. He learned many life skills such as discipline, goal setting, focus, respect for self/others, self-defense, and physical fitness. Before the New Year, Master Shin asks his students to write down their goal on a board and break it when the goal is reached. Last year our son set his goal of making Mathcounts to the state level. He did it and his team got 4th place in state.Master Shin and Master Hwang are awesome!!! They are positive role models for the kids. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in joining a martial arts school.
