I really like Lisa, the leasing agent working at Hamilton Green. She is very responsible and always replies my email in a timely manner. The maintenance team may need better improvement. After submitting the maintenance tickets through the Hamilton Green website, it always take a very long time to come and solve the problem.
I would like to express my gratitude to Amy the new manager. She took my needs to heart, and made Hamilton Green a better place to live, for me and my family.Within the last few months I have noticed a lot of improvement and positive changes. Thank you Hamilton Green Staff, my family and I appreciate your effort.
I find the staff to be prompt, courteous and attentive. I had no hot water. While they were replacing my hot water heater, they allowed me to stay in a fully furnished apartment. In addition, they upgraded my water heater to a tankless. They did all of this is a day! I was very pleased with how my complaint was addressed and handled. On another occasion, the staff came out twice and followed up with a phone call.
The New property manager Amy has personally reached out to my family about some of our issues and has immediately fixed what she could and explained how things will improve. I look forward to the new changes and appreciate being heard and listened to from the property manager and the team.. They went above and beyond.
The new Manager, her name is Amy, she reached out to me and I’m so grateful that she took her time to listen to the complaints that most of us tenants face. And I’m hoping to see change.
Stay away from here if at all possible, especially DANI THE LEASING AGENT, this place lures you in with promises of a secure package center, a 24 hour maintenance person, a pool, bbq’s well the truth is it’s all for show. They do not open the pool, they do not allow anyone to use the barbq’s and worst of all EVERY RESIDENT THERE HAS HAD A PACKAGE STOLEN FROM THEM, THERE IS NO MAINTENANCE AND THEY CHARGE EXTRA IF YOU ASKFOR HELP WITH SOMETHING, this place has a game where they put you in a unit with leaks and falling apart things then when you call for maintenance to fix those things, they charge you for it, very sickening .
My wife, daughter and I moved out May 1 after 2 years. 2 stars (not 1) simply because of Jose.Jose on the maintenance team was great. Instead of submitting an official maintenance request, as many apartment units have you do, Jose was cool with you simply just texting him. After sending a text with a picture of the problem he would stop by usually that day to fix it. Thank you Jose.Now for the negatives. In sum, I would look elsewhere. The 3 buildings consistently had trash in the hallways and even more blowing around outside. The 2 times per year a landscaping company came to clean up mulch and grass are the only times the place is not littered. The building closest to trash bin where residents dispose their trash was the worst. The large trash and recycle bins were was ALWAYS overflowing.Lastly, Hamilton Management ignores your communication. Management does not care about their tenants.STAY AWAY
Lived there for two months. The complex is nice, well maintained. The problem is that nothing is accessible within a walk distance from there. My main concern is the huge cellular tower that is just next to it. There is atower about 50 feet from Building 1 and after a research Ive done it has like 20 and something antennas on it, which, doesnt help me to sleep good at night. I have no idea how it is even legal to put a huge cellular tower just 50 feet from a residential building.
Wow... The lady (larger woman) at the front desk was so inconvenienced by stopping by to ask questions. Why would you ADVERTISE a open house and then act like you want nothing to do with me? I am (no joke) trying to give you $3000 per month ($36,000 year yer) and you want to be rude...The first red flag should have been the upset couple leaving the office complaining about the lady and the apartments.Dodged a bullet here, I hope you will too.
Nice place to live but rude manager, they will charge you tons of money when you vacate the apartment. I lived 3 years there in same apt and you know after 3 yearsof use carpet is not same as it was . but they want everything to be same. so be care full.. BTW Janet is the best employee they have and she will help you for everything.

I like the apartment construction quality and location buti found management staff is not quite cooperative and does not talk sensibly when you approach with the genuine problems in the community.everywhere there is dogs dropping which makes the community really difficult to live and unhygienic . Many time, this was explained to management but they dont bother to take any actions!!!ant and mice, is the other problem which should be treated to eradicate from society.missing fitness center is big disadvantage for this community.at last, there is big mobile tower located within the society, which should not be allowed within the residential society for health reason.

We lived at this complex for 9 years and were very happy there. We especially appreciated the support provided by Lisa Perez (Assistant Property Manager). Lisa was always very professional and went out of the way to help us, be it for maintenance issues, lease queries, etc. Some examples of her prompt response include when we had issues with our water heater and A/C. Lisa made sure these issues were quickly addressed, and in the meantime ensured that we had temporary options available (portable AC, use of bathroom at an adjacent empty unit) while contractors were engaged to make repairs. Thank you Lisa for making our stay a pleasant one.
