Got great tires exactly what I need Helpful guys.

Very nice people here, I was looking for a transmission for an impala and learned that they are hard to find for the 3.9 engine. My initial call to Kurt I was told he did have one still in the vehicle and to give him till the end of the day to have it pulled. He then called me a little earlier than I expected, he wanted to let me know that they found little copper shavings in the bottom of the pan and he at first wasnt going to sell it, he took the time to search around to see if any where could fill the request with no luck, he decided to give me a better deal with warranty and my customers impala is still running strong.

I was having trouble with finding a replacement radio. They went above and beyond with not only bringing the radio in from the vehicle but finding me all the proper information needed to use the radio in my van. The price was also amazing!!!

Was able to get parts for our Honda for half the price, not to mention its a cool way to live sustainably! The owner (man in the back office) was really kind, and even helped us remove a stripped nut with his tools. Definitely feels like a customer first experience as they say. Great experience...the man that I talked to was polite, extremely helpful, took the time to make sure they had the battery that I needed, and they were actually cheaper in price than the other salvage yards up there. The battery was like new and car fired right up! Very pleased and will look here first. Highly recommended!

The people who work there are very friendly. I call other junk yard for a control arm and they did not have the right part. I call certified auto recyclers and ask for picture and they took picture and send to me. It was right part. Very nice parts and will come here from now on.

I almost never leave reviews but these guys are super heros! I had a flat tire and just happened to be near their shop. It was closing time and I was going to have to wait over an hour for a tow. I offerred to move my car outside their gate and wait for my tow, so they could lock up and head home. Instead they stayed late, saved the day and changed my tire, providing me with a great little spare and sent me on my way. I will refer others to them and will use them in the future when I need car parts...hands down, great people!!!

Thought I had found a match for my Ford Explorers Transmission needs. After further investigation, they called me to let me know that it is not a perfect match. Even though they couldnt help me find a transmission through them, they took the time to help me find one in St. Paul instead. THAT is good service and putting the customers needs first. I will be checking here first for my future needs.

One of the best places Ive been to. After spending all morning on a Saturday, I still couldnt get the parts out for my Dakota so they helped me with it for a very decent price. I cant speak for others, but my experience has been a very good one. This is where I will go next time I need parts.

This company has integrity. My daughter purchased an engine & install a number of years ago, had a failure withing the warranty period - They honored the warranty and were very professional about it. This is truly exceptional in the used engine industry. I have sent several persons to this company because of this experience.UPDATE: We had another engine swap performed by them in June/July 2015. Went very well. Ive had some discussions with persons who have considered having engines swapped - they tend to not understand that the engine swap is only that - it is NOT a car rebuild, so if you had control problems before the swap, you may still have them after the swap, so best to know why your original engine went bad before you swap! Nice staff, clean shop, not a shade tree operation.

Needed a midpipe for my 98 civic sedan. A friend referred me to Loren. I contacted him and he was quick to getting me the answer. He had the used part in stock. It was ready to be loaded which Loren helped with that. After tax, it was only about $22.

Very poor customer service. Over priced. compare prices with other local salvage yards and they are much more. highway robbery here. Ask for a competitive price for a local loyal customer and they get offended and do nothing to help their local customer besides use foul language and use offensive language. I have no problem with foul language but I do not expect to have language and attitude like that directed at me especially when Ive spent thousands at this business. every other business in the local area were $25 to 45 cheaper but they sit on their high horse and are greedy. I will not support a business that practices this. you are not the only one in the area who carries used parts and the rest that have better customer service will prevail. You guys suck. you lost a loyal customer that has spent thousands at your location and because of my business I have potentially many more thousands to spend that you will not get. You suck, suckers!

After calling several places, these guys finally had the parts I needed and it was a little cheaper than other estimates I received. Only took a couple minutes on the phone to look it up. When I arrived, the part was set aside at the desk, I was out of there in less than 5 minutes.

I want to get a starter for my VW Jetta at two other places they gave me the wrong starter this is the only place that I got the right starter out of the first time
