I get my car washed once a week at this place on the weekends. There are quite a few people are good, but today as of 4pm, 8/28, this young guy, that wears a grey ball cap and square black framed glasses, goes above and beyond.You can tell he cares and are really into details and makes sure all sides (yes 4 sides, not just 2 sides we typically get) of your car are being sprayed before you go into the washer.Glad someone takes the job seriously . Great attitude and great job, kid!

Fred goes above and beyond to attend to his customers. He is energetic, friendly and professional. We’ve successfully worked together on resolving a damage claim and executing a fundraising event for the local high school music program; two completely different tasks, but he approached both like a pro! This store is thriving under his supervision.

This Zips Car Wash seems to have better service and wash than some other their other locations. Friendly Staff and management. Very helpful when I needed to replace my sticker and also saved me money using the family plan. Highly recommend Andover Zips Car Wash!

Not perfect but with membership and unlimited trips through who cares? I had to go through 2 times to get 90% clean still missed some dirt on the passenger side and on back bumper after second trip. Definitely doesnt get the bottom portion of your car and plastic

I went to get my car wash at Zip in Andover I paid and when I pulled up up they told me the machines were down. I asked to talk to manager on getting my money back but instead of him just giving me a refund he decided to be little my wife she told him that wasnt necessary that all we wanted was our my money back he continue to argue with me not wanting to give me a refund even though they just watched me pay. I have also try to call their Corporate store with no response, I have also emailed them no response so I call another store . Now they sent an email to the manager asking them to please respond to me and gave them my phone number and still no response from that manager in Andover. I will never go back to that store ever again and I still havent got any of my money back a month and a half later.

DeAndre did an amazing job, my truck was covered with bugs from a long nighttime drive and he took the extra time to power wash the front a little extra, thought I was going to have to go thru twice, but I didn’t. Amazing employee

I have used almost every Zips Carwash in and around Wichita and this one in Andover is the best - hands down!Some of the service staff are more attentive than others but that’s expected with any service you encounter. The manager even said hello as I pulled through which was nice.At Other Zips Carwash locations they barely acknowledge the fact you are there. This location is a little out of the way for me and I will continue to come here.

Worthless wash... got home saw all the bugs and had to drive 20 minutes back to the wash because the quality of wash i received was so unacceptable. will never be coming back here again. please save your money and just take the trip to charlie’s car wash, they’ll do a much better job for the same price. I really hope the owner can turn things around here, because i have never been more unsatisfied by a car wash in my life.

Didnt get my truck clean and this location is more expensive than the others too! Did the Wax it package. The second highest level. Left well water spots and grime on my wheels on drivers side, but got them off the passenger side, left both sides running boards a mess. wth?.And left water spots on all my windows... seriously trying to find a GOOD car wash in this town anymore is ridiculous! Waste of money. Do not recommend.

My car is never fully clean. There is always a stain. Once I went back get get it re-washed and it was still dirty.

David got my loaner washed yesterday for me while mine was in the shop, and this am DeShawn might as well been out washing my car by hand, as much time he spent on my car this am. I live on a dirt road so my car is always filthy. I love the time they put into my car.

I have been using the Andover zips carwash for for quite awhile and the service has been good and the employees are very friendly and appear to like the job they need to do. Thanks to all the employees.

They’re a subscription or single pay car wash chain. They have self-service vacuums for free and for their wash tunnel, they use professional products and their service is great.

Membership is easy to sign up...IMPOSSIBLE to cancel!Calling the business? Keeps you on hold forever.Taking to them in person? Associates are clueless.Emailing? Takes forever for a response.Cancel online or through text? Ha!Customer service? Opposite of accommodating.But then they blame YOU for not canceling in time? Super shady business and altogether horrible experience.

The Andover kansas location needs some maintenance. I went there three different times and not all of the car wash items are working. There has been a hose that disconnected from one of the wash nozzles for about two weeks now. My vehicle does not get fully rinsed upon entering the drying cycle.

They worked out a few kinks (blocked vacuums, overflowing trash) and now it is running like a finely tuned machine. My one complaint is the folks using the free vacuum and leaving -- I end up waiting or squeezed in all because of someone that is not even a paying customer.

Met the new manager Mike! Doing a terrific job, if some high school or college students are looking for part time jobs, this would be a great place to work, Mike values his employees. I recommend a job there.

Update, I thought that maybe it was just because I have a black truck so I tried my white vehicle also at the same car wash, still not good.Tried this wash for the first time on Friday August 7 2020. Spent $21 to get my truck washed, even paid the extra $3 for the bug removal pre-wash. After the wash I drove down the street to check on the end results. Very disappointed. I will add photos. Bug impacts were still on the front of my truck, my tailgate looked like it was not even washed. I just read all of the other reviews, it appears that several other customers experienced the same results as I did. Maybe the team can visit Charlies car wash on North Rock Road to see how their system works. I never have an issue there with my truck not being clean when I leave. It would be great to have a quality car wash closer to home. Maybe the owner can make some changes to address the issue? If so, more people would use the wash. Photos attached show the cleaning (or lack of it) issues here at this wash. Check out my other reviews, I do not give bad reviews very often.

Tried this new car wash in Andover. Couldnt believe the prices, but thought ok must be good. I couldnt bring myself to spend $30 on a single (not the membership) car wash, so I went with the $12 one. As you can see, it didnt even clean the dirt off and was definitely not shiney. It did not even spray hard enough to knock a leaf from my hood. The vacuums are free (they better be for 30 bucks!) But the nozzle is too large to get between the seats or any tight corners. I cannot recommend this business unfortunately.

Great service. The attendant worked very fast and hosed off every vehicle that went into the car wash. She really tried hard to be efficient and take care of each customer. I drive out if my way just to have my car washed here. Keep up the good work.

Zips Car Wash is great!! It is fast and always easy to get a car wash and vacuum in under 10min. The monthly plan I have is like $16.28 a month. Unlimited washes. Cant beat it. Locations are convenient to my home and shopping.

This zips is honestly hands down the best one I have been to, it will actually give your car a shine. It can leave a little dirt behind from the cracks and crevices, but that’s expected from an automatic car wash. Will come back again!!!

Today was a bad experience. There were cars backed up and one car was having trouble with her membership so she was stuck in that side for over 15 mins. Yes I know it was that long because I was in line that long - at Zips!! Then I got up to the wash and there were 2 workers talking about something and neither of them sprayed my car down - which is part of the service I pay for. I dont know what was going on but it was not a good day for them.

The Andover Zips is the best one in the area. Its the newest one, and they dont charge you the extra three dollars for the pre wash prep and bug spray

Gets my truck clean. Affordable cost. Obviously the detail in doing it by hand would be better but this works and is effective for removing daily dirt from a vehicle.

RFID readers are hit and miss. Wash is pretty good though it still isnt perfect. Youll have to park and wipe down water drops not cleared off by the blowers. But still quicker than dragging a hose, bucket, soap and rags out for a quick wash. Now Ive been using this place since it opened. No scratches, no broken parts, you didnt have to sign up or pay to use the vacuums. Its a touchless car wash yet people think it should equal a hand wash. No it wont. I come weekly here as needed and my car looks pretty good after I dry it myself.

Easy to do and you can get your car washed as much as you want for only $14 a month. They also have vacuums to use.

Car wash does a good job. Its hard to figure out the club. The machine will take your money and they will wash your car but if you dont grab someone and insist they dont do the paperwork and give you THE RFID sticker.

Anyone know how to get ahold of the owner?? I got a car wash and drove straight to Parks of Augusta to see about trade in. Got out and my back window wiper was completely snapped off my Acadia. While at Parks another woman came in with the exact same thing. Zips car wash, Acadia, back wiper snapped off!

First off, for 20 dollars I expect a very great car wash. I have had better ones at a back road gas station in the 80s. It didnt take any bugs off the front not even the windshield. The back of our Escalade is dirty like it never got wet. We will never try this place again.

I like the monthly membership however I don’t feel like my car is ever really that clean especially on the rear portion. Recently when I go it leaves soapsuds all over and doesn’t fully rinse the soap off- in addition to the car not being super clean. I showed the attendant the soap not being rinsed but they didn’t do anything or have anything to say about it. It’s convenient and nice to just be able to drive through but if you want a really clean car - I would not recommend it. The photos are of the back of my car after going through the wash twice - it’s hard to tell and looks worse in person but it’s not something that should be hard to come off it’s just dust I can wipe with my finger. I didn’t think to take pictures of the leftover soap.

Had to go for a second wash immediately. The kids at the front are more conscerned about going into the office then washing cars...the only way to justify this place is to get the unlimited washes and run it through daily. Maybe after a month or so the bugs will come off.

Its hard to beat the monthly membership. Two things that would make it 5 stars:1) A trash bin with a chute right before entering the garage.2) Dash wipes at the machine.

My car couldnt get any cleaner. I seen all of the negative reviews so after my wash. I stopped and talked to one of the workers and asked why they were getting these review. He explained that if a car is dirty or has bugs stuck to it for an extended period of time that it really sticks to the car and is hard to get off. He also said if someone isnt happy with their wash they should talk to an attendant right after so they know what is going on with the final product. He said 99% of the time they will issue a rewash for same or upgraded wash depending on the issue.

I am a member and have been for 4monthsI have never been thrilled with how clean the back of my truck gets, but for the convenience I’ve continued using them as I drive on dirt roads a lot.Today as I was being pulled thru the wash, the smaller car in front of my must have slipped over the track that pulls you along and stopped as it was starting into the dryer area.Unfortunately the car wash continues to move my truck forward into her car creating a small dent in the back of the car.After we left the car wash we pulled up to the building to discuss what happened with Zipps employees.I was told that it was my fault as I was driving to fast in the car wash(?). I explained that as I was in neutral and being pulled by their equipment this wasn’t possibleI’m very disappointed in how Zipps is not responding to this issue and potentially causing me to pay for the damages.I am also a business owner and will pride myself on great customer experience, Zipps needs to review their policiesBeware as you are in the car wash as cars hesitate and stop frequently as they enter the drying sectionP.s. I was just there at 3:40ish. Had the teenage kid guide me in as he check around my car. Went through the was and during the risnse I felt my car pull hard to the right. As I exited the lights were blinking both yellow and green, I finally exited and as I was driving down the road I here this scraping and rattling sound coming from my right front end. I pull into a parking lot to see it is and my black plastic guard under the bumper is cracked and hanging off dragging and there is this 3inch rip going up my bumper. I got a Malibu so the bumper is one entire front piece. I drove right back and told the boys working there. He said they would look at the video, he couldnt find it and I said let me see it and he said they would review it later and had me fill out a claim form. Would give me a copy if the form but told me to take a picture of it instead. I asked for a business card and he said that I can just get the phone number off the web site. I asked for the owners info and all he could tell me was the owners name is Tom and he runs this car wash and the one on 13th st in Wichita. I called my Insurance and made a report. Took pictures. I called the car wash in Wichita and the phone rang almost 30 times before it gave me a busy tone. Called 5 times and same thing. Going to get an estimate and file a police report. I already know Im going to get the run around. I will never use this wash again.
