Too busy guy. Appointment was scheduled to 9am, he arrived at 8:51, when I was outside, and when I came back after taking kids to camp at 8:59, he already left without leaving any note. Nobody answered my phone calls for 3 hours.

They performed good quality work on time no matter the size of the job.

I was very pleased with the workmanship and quality of the project that I had done. They showed up each time when they said they would and were professional. They cleaned up well and made sure the product was the correct one that was needed for the job and that would hold up. I had an under the deck rain barrier and gutter system installed. It seems to be doing what it was designed to do and I am very happy with it. I would use them again for other projects.

We hired house doctors to screen in our back porch. Doug was extremely quick to respond to our initial inquiry, He was at our house the next day and we had an estimate in hand that same afternoon. I needed to replace a broken banister between my upper and lower stairs. Went with a wall to keep things simple. The wall was installed straight and square but 3/8 off from the existing wall at the top of the stairs. There was no trim as we had discussed - ragged drywall was visible under the top (wood) cap and on the outer part of the wall it was left as ragged drywall at the bottom(clearly visible as you walk up thr stairs. The old trim needed to be removed and replaced with a larger piece as the new wall was laid over the old one. We discussed this each time but somehow on the second visit they did not fix either issue - just slapped some random trim pieces and caulk here and there. I went to Home Depot and grabbed a 3/8 sheet of drywall to fix the wall misalignment myself in about 90 minutes. Still have the trim work ahrad of me.

Ive had good experiences with House Doctors in the past but today was a different matter.An employee came to the house and installed two light fixtures, a switch and outlet (with which he struggled) and a bathroom fan/light fixture which was a disaster. Although the proposal specified a Panasonic unit, the unit brought to the house was a very cheap NuTone ($99 at Home Depot). It was too small and poorly installed, there is a hole on one side of it.The switch and outlet unit blew out so now I have no outdoor lighting and no electrical outlet.House Doctors can do a good job on some work but NOT on electrical repairs.
