A bit pricey but well worth it. I had a huge ant problem, they were everywhere even the box food. Colonial Pest Control were quick and understanding. They got rid of the ant problem and even called after a month for a follow up.

I had carpenter ants digging into a wall of my porch. I signed up for the full year protection and they were there within a very reasonable amount of time. The worker that came was friendly and knowledgeable with all of my questions and best of all, was there when he said he would be. And the ant issue was dealt with very fast.

We found them very pleasant and professional. Left place neat and explained what to expect from the treatment and what to watch for. Earlier we called another company who gave us a ball park figure of $1800. and said they would send us a quote within a week, but after waiting 3 weeks and never receiving a formal quote we called Colonial. Colonial Pest turned out to be almost half the price. We are grateful to our neighbor for recommending Colonial Pest to us.

I really like the employees with whom I have interacted, and they do a great job. The only issue I have is that they prioritize clients by the order they signed up, which is fine, except that I feel they often get to my house late. My spring treatment didnt come until June this year, when ideally Id like it April or May. It got too late in the year one year and they never even made it to my house for my fall treatment. They refunded my money, but I didnt need the money, I needed the service they said they were going to provide. Even if theyd been able to let me know they couldnt make it in advance I could have found a temporary replacement, but by the time they let me know, it was too late for anyone to come by. Still, 4/5 because theyve done well keeping the bugs and mice out of the house, which is a big deal when I have woods in the back yard.

James was prompt, friendly, and informative. He thoroughly explained what he would do, made sure I was comfortable with it, and worked quickly and efficiently. He wore a mask in our dealings and made sure to stay 6ft apart throughout the whole transaction. I would highly recommend this team.

First of all, we have been customers of this company for years. They have been receptive and helpful. There workers are professional and knowledgeable. Interesting development happened last time with agent backing truck in driveway and filling the large tank with our hose. We were shocked. I looked at wife thinking she gave the okay and she said no. No sure it it’s company policy.

I know the quality, professionalism, responsiveness, and punctuality are excellent. They performed two Semi Annual Treatment to help prevent pests from finding refuge in my 3 family home. They treat the exterior foundation and other parts of the house where insects may nest or where pests may enter the structure.Im very happy with them.

I have been on the semi-annual service plan in 3 different houses during that time and have been impressed with their service and results enough yo recommend them to many family members and friends. This last visit was from service Tech Daniel. He was very professional. He was on time, respectful and courteous in our house and went way above and beyond to take care of our problem and educate us on some things we did not know. This was a visit between the regularly scheduled visits because of a fruit fly issue we were having. Btw, it was free of charge because we are on the semi-annual plan. They have come out to one my houses for a special visit four times in the last twenty years, and no charge. Again, I am recommending Colonial Pest to anyone who reads this reference. They continue to impress me with the fact that I don’t have to think about ants, bugs, mice, squirrels, etc. in my house. I just don’t have them.

It was great that I hired you guys. I like to have someone who can take care of pest for me. Other vendors insist come 4 times a year and charge me a bundle. Twice a year works out just as good and cheaper.

We had an issues with ants. The technician was on time, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had actually reported the incorrect type of ant, but he knew just what to do and explained everything about what he was doing and why he was doing it that way. He said it might take a few weeks for the ants to clear out 100%, but I havent seen any at all since he treated the house!

Colonial pest person was very professional and thorough, they pointed out areas of concern regarding wasps/hornets that were nesting in our roof edge that we would have never seen. They walked around the house with me and we discussed areas of concern regarding ants. They performed the necessary spraying to control them. They performed some gel work in the kitchen area where most of the ants were coming in and as always told me to call if there were any issues that came up after they left and they would come up again.

I called Colonial because they are a small and local company, always important, but more so during the pandemic. They were extremely professional from the moment they picked up the phone until after the service was complete. I recommend them highly.
