I took my car in to get windows tinted. I dont know how it looks yet. They did an awesome job.

Bought a $299 Kenwood AndroidAuto stereo. At this place the price after installation was just over $1,000. Seriously! Not only that, but I was told the install time would be 4 hours. Pretty sure theyre adding extra hours to get paid more. Took it elsewhere & got it installed in just under 2 hours for a grand total of $525 dollars. You read that right!

When I called to make an appointment to get my windows tinted, I was told it would cost $320. When I got there, they said it would be $370. I’m not sure if it’s bc I’m a female or what. However, when they finished, both of the back windows had about an inch from covering the entire window on both sides, light was shining through an inch of gap. And my back window had like 2” cut all the way around with a bubble in it. I went inside & told the guy I wasn’t happy with it. He went outside to look & said he was out of that tint but had some ordered & would call me back in to fix it. I immediately went to Truck Toyz & made an appt with them to fix the mess. They did an amazing job & only charged me $170. It’s been over 2 months & I still haven’t got a phone call from them. Roger’s Stereo is a joke!!

Mr. Rogers provided personal attention and was able to work with me to install my equipment in a 2020 Honda Accord. Nick’s install was flawless- the vehicle looks factory but the sound is anything but. Extremely pleased with my encounters with the entire team. As an added bonus, there are several options for vehicle rental nearby - I left my vehicle and was able to rent a car and run errands until the work was completed.

Just walked in. The entire staff decided that checking out some guys car and having a group smoke break was more important than greeting any customers. The inside of the shop was just as dirty as the employees language. I will never be returning to this location again. Enjoy your smoke breaks, you’re gonna have plenty of them.

Car audio professionals here. Two thumbs up to Antonio and Brett at the Anderson location. I came in for troubleshooting issue which i couldnt diagnose... *subwoofers popping at high volume*. These guys diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and had the solution for me. Many thanks again guys 👍👍

This place did an amazing job on my subwoofer setup! Fantastic customer service on top of that! Almost 2 years after the install, I noticed a crack in the back corner of my sealed sub box. I went up there, showed them the box and, no questions asked, was told my new box would be here in a couple of days! They even let me pay the difference to upgrade to a ported box, witch sounds so much better for my type of music! In the end, I am so much happier than I ever new I was gonna be! They deserve more than 5 stars, hands down.

Originally I wrote my review on the wrong location but 4 weeks ago here at this Anderson location, I had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had an issue that was non-car or non-stereo related but Chris was so friendly, professional, very patient, and assisted me anyway!! Highly recommend this guy!

I ordered a car stereo online and it came with all the installation hardware for free... but the company sent me the wrong dash kit. Because it was free with my order, they refused to replace it with the right one. Fortunately Rogers had what I needed in stock. They saved my butt in the middle of the install. I even told him I had originally bought from a competitor online and he didnt give me a hard time.Friendly staff. Answered my questions over the phone and had the item waiting for me when I came in. Ill definitely do business with them in the future, rather than order online.

Got my Sirius radio and Alpine stereo put in here last week. Im happy with how quickly they were able to see me- the next day! When they put in the new parts the volume/tuner option on my steering wheel no longer worked. When I called to ask if they just forgot to put the wiring back together on this, they said that it would be a separate piece and another charge. I paid $260 to install which seems like it would have covered this.They should have at least mentioned it before I left. Overall, Im happy that I got everything put in so quickly and it sounds great but I may go with a different company in the future.

Staff was very nice and quick to help. Had my truck speakers installed within 3 hours the same day. Very good pricing. I would recommend Roger stereo to anyone!

Good customer service. Decent tint job for the price .$60 for just the 2 front windows .But they only have 3 tint leves to chose from. 5% 20% and 27%. Made me wait a hour before they told me that they started it 20 min ago.

Do you like getting shafted? Then head on down to Rogers Stereo and they can make it happen for double the price of anywhere else. I wouldnt let them put a radio on my sons tricycle for the price and the quality of these guys. Terrible customer service and pricing. Wouldnt recommend for my ex-wife and she took my house and kids.

Visited store to find out about the cost of installing XM radio. Very knowledgeable person looked inside my car and noticed I had Bluetooth. Rather than selling me an XM system he let me know that I could download the XM app and save my money. Very honest company. Will recommend them to my friends.

Buyers beware anything bought here will not be refunded only exchange or exchange for something else wouldnt even give store credit not sure about his sign that says no refund didnt notice it when I walked in but there after talking to my husband outside it is like a picture would not give a good recommendation on coutertop says claims and refunds only done with receipt {we had a receipt} and would have liked him to credit our visa back.

I have hired Rogers Stereo to work on two different car projects and I can only applaud their service... The first job was to remove and install an interior door ‘pull’ on my BMW (which required the whole door panel to be removed). The technician did a beautiful job and charged me only $70. The second job was to remove and replace the clear vinyl stone guards on my Porsche 911 rear fenders. This was an extremely difficult and tedious task that took about 4 hours, and the same technician did a spectacular job! They asked $150 for the work, but I was so happy that I offered $200. I’m rating the store 4 stars instead of 5 only because the inside of the store is dark and looks messy. Recommended.

I needed to replace my car stereo. They were friendly, fast, and reasonably priced.

This review applies to the Greenville store. About 7 months ago I payed $250 to get an auxiliary cord installed into the back of my escalades stock radio. Since then I have been back on FIVE separate occasions to fix the faulty aux cord. If I knew then what I knew know I would have paid double the price to have taken my car elsewhere to get this work done. These guys have 0 idea what they are doing!

Lol reading some of these reviews is just downright hilarious and completely misleading. Sometimes you just have people who can not be pleased no matter what! This is by far one of the best audio shops in the upstate. Ive been dealing with these guys for about 10 years now. They have installed head units for me, door speaker, two subwoofer systems, built custom boxes that were perfectly built to fit were i wanted. First system was 1000watts pushing 4 kicker 12s with my recent upgrade in excess of 6500watts on 2 12s weighing 100lbs per sub and this thing straight gets down! All this in a single cab truck! Most say BS not possible, find me and ill prove it. These guys are very friendly and super knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable and in my opinion are a little on the low side. You get what you pay for and good labor aint cheap. Hell good quality audio aint cheap!To the individual who posted they know nothing about large installs i would love to meet you just to prove you wrong! The market for LARGE installs is so small. Very time consuming and very expensive. Ive got over 6k invested in my build.To the individual complaining about a sagging wire, did you ever consider maybe it got overlooked noone is perfect sweetie and if thats all i had to complain about that would mean they probably done a pretty damn good job! Someone is just looking for something to complain about or either its just that time of the month.I recommend these guys to anyone! Not to mention (NO NAMES) i was turned away from an audio shop in Greenville because they were scared of this large install, but these guys in Anderson got it done! Thanks a million guys and it was a pleasure dealing with you!Update: 6/2017Ok so I just got a new truck, 05 Srt10 with an amped Infinity from the factory, feel free to google this if you want and read some forums, factory amps and speakers will not work with aftermarket head unit.... right? Wrong! Again, and I repeat, AGAIN these guys made it happen. Full function of factory system and components. Super clean install. Very timely and professional service! What more could anyone ask for? If you go anywhere with a negative attitude and expecting poor service your probably going to get it. Be friendly, patient, and understanding and youll leave 110% satisfied!Do not hesitate to see these guys...All I can assume is these negative reviews have to been referring to the Greenville location because the guys in Anderson ROCK! Enough said!

These guys know nothing about wiring a serious audio system and are way over priced! Good for basic head unit installs (cd players), and thats about it. Anything bigger than a 1000watt system, Id go elsewhere. They leave wires hanging, use the wrong gauge of wire, which could create fires in your car and kill you and or innocent passengers/by standers. About the only place in Anderson as far as car audio goes, but, Id take the 25 minute ride to Greenville and either stop at MEAN STREET CUSTOMS or MASTERS CAR STEREO. Rogers are straight crooks and do half *** jobs on installs. AVOID THEM BY ANY AND ALL MEANS!
