The amount of awesome these guys are is immeasurable. Jim and Daniel were the best. This is the second time theyve come out to rescue my truck, and each time they are super courteous and jovial and professional. This time around my truck was in a very difficult spot and in a tricky situation. They were geniuses and managed to get it on to the tow truck. If you need anything these guys provide, then definitely hire them for the job. I will never be able to express my gratitude enough for this crew!! And if I could rate higher than a five star I would!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Needed towing last night on E. Greenville St. We were in a 1954 Chevy and my husband expressed to them how important it was to him that nothing was damaged/dinged on this truck. Charlie(s) showed up, treated the truck as if it was their own and even waited with me until my ride showed up. Highly recommended!

Called Prime towing this morning to get service around 10am they told me they were 2 hours behind I said thats fine I just need to know when your coming so I can unlock the car for yall cause I didnt feel comfortable leaving my key in the car and door unlocked in that area. Later, I call around 3 pm to find out if they were still coming they said yes we are still behind but I ensured it was fine I was in no rush but to just make sure the driver calls first before coming so I can be on my way. Around 3:30 I answer to the driver who told me he was out there told him ill be there in 10 mins I was hoping someone called first. He says he called but I didnt hear the call and he will be there a few mins. I get up there and the driver is not there. the driver nor the company picks up after I called multiple times smh. All day on this company and yet they didnt follow directions.

Jim and Daniel were absolutely amazing! The wheel fell off our boat trailer and after getting the run around from several other local towing companies, Prime was there in a timely fashion and were very professional. They were kind and efficient. They were knowledgeable and are masters of their craft! We would definitely use them again, if needed.

Broke down about 15 minutes from my house and 25 minutes from downtown Anderson. They had a truck to me in 30 minutes. Even though my car is beat up, the driver took care not to damage anything. Expected a huge bill but it was about 1/3 of what I anticipated. Was back home with my car in the driveway less than an hour after breaking down. Highly, highly recommend.

I called on a friday around 8 to get my single cab truck rollbavked from seneca to anderson. Less then 40 miles. And the guy quoted me 550. And I called the next day and was told 150. They have some crooked people working for them.

This service was excellent. I called their dispatch, the woman who answered was very professional and polite. She answered all my questions and asked enough questions to know what was going on and where to go. The driver called me shortly after to verify and clarify where I was and what I needed. He showed up in a timely manner (especially with it being so late at night). He was very kind and very professional. He even taught me something about my car that I didnt know about! He changed the tire quickly, took my payment, gave me business card, and wished me a good night. He was so nice, wonderful encounter. I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing help!!! 5 STARS!!!!
