If I could give TDS a 0, I would. Were constantly having outages, were paying for 15 Mbps but usually running at about 5. We havent had internet for a week and our repair isnt scheduled for another 5 days. If you have any other internet options, do yourself a favor and choose them.
If I could give this internet service a zero I would! Its SO NOT worth the amount we have to pay every month. Half the time its not even working and when it does work its incredibly slow and spotty. Unfortunately, TDS is the only available option out here. Otherwise we would definitely be going somewhere else. Please do something to fix this!!!!!!!
Terrible phone company. Cant wait for some competition to come out here.
Been a customer for two years now and the service is far from reliable. The connection is weak. we cant stream anything. And at least once or twice a week it goes completely down for hours at a time. How do they expect people to work or children to do school online when they cant even keep their customers connected. This outage is currently is going on 12 hours. Its ridiculous.
The internet speed is too bad
Horrible internet. I am stuck with this service unti something better come along. I always pay my bill but I continue to get billed more than I am used to
Worth little for years, with the absolute weakest internet signal it is possible to measure, internet service from TDS is just state sanctioned robbery. Besides the aggravation of intermittent downloads and upload speeds like 0.03 which mean emails wont show more than a message from someone waiting ( no subject, no nothing more) you can count on never, ever, get a supervisor on the line OR an answer to your work order. An UPGRADE of systems has been PROMISED SIX (06) YEARS NOW. If you have ANY OTHER OPTIONS for internet service, do yourself a giant favor and take it. For $50 a month, I think a MUGGING might be a refreshing change of pace.
Inconsistant. slow. non existent at times. we pay for upgraded service and have never hit the standard internet speeds. we pay our bill every month, but they dont do their part.
It would really be a one half! I have used there service for 21 years because it is the only provider available in Happy Valley. They have the equipment to improve the service and have had it for four years. It hasnt been done, and there are too many people on the service. I pay over $89 and cant down load pictures on Facebook, or watch Netflix. When are they going to give us what we are paying for!!!!!??????????
Have used their service for over 20 years. Pricing not bad but the wifii could use some work out here

Not only are their prices outrageously high but they raised my rates 20% without ANY warning and then charged me $99.00 to close my account 6 months early!
They suck!!
