They wouldnt even answer the phone

Nothing fantastic just a normal day for a taxi service that I enjoyed.

Closed no longer in business. Number is disconnected

I think they are outta business. Every time I call no one ever answers.

I didnt ever get picked up that night,I paid a dude,five dollars to get to the Christian Center.

I called and couldnt get a cab for 3 hours

Very Helpful, fast and friendly.Lost a phone in the taxi and they looked thoroughly until they found it the next day. Happily held onto it and return it no harm done.Id use Roses taxi to get anywhere i need to go.

Needed a lift to work last minuet. Met the owner that day Mrs Rose is a sweet heart provides a speedy friendly service at a great.. I would recommend this cab to anyone.

I called for a pick up to and from walmart. Both times they arrived early. The driver was really cool and was really nice. Absolutely recommend this taxi service. Struck up a conversation about Pokemon go with my fiance lol

I really dont want to give any stars but no stars is my opinion...SMH....My son is a student at AHS and he works a second shift job. I called on February 6, 2018 for a cab at 9 pm its now 10:47 pm. I called the cab company back and the lady I spoke with got very rude she cursed me out and hung the phone up on me. Now I had at one point considered having them payed in advance for picking my son up. They have lost my business and I will be contacting the better business bureau on them for the way the Owner spoke to me 🤔 I dont understand how they are still in business if her company stress her out like this to the point she is cursing at customers she needs to hire someone to handle things in more professional manner I have never contacted the BBB before about how some one is running there business but I will do it tomorrow I am a Christian and I have never been treated like that before so Rose Beeman I pray that you find God because you need to change how you talk to people thats bad business. Lady you are sad and dont know how to run a company.

I told them they were at the wrong house and the person on the phone asked me what my address was. I told him to turn around and that I was standing outside. When I proceeded to tell him my address, he cut me off and started yelling at me. He he hung up on me. The taxi pulled off and left me standing in the cold. Also, a different time when I used this taxi service, the car smelled like cigarettes and the driver smelled like alcohol. If you really need to st somewhere, Id recommend a different taxi service.

I am currently 20 mins late. Probably going to be fired. Loose a 50 cent raise. When i called in 2 hours early. Told them I needed at ride at 330. Here it is 421 and I am finally on my way. Thanks.

I had a bit emergency and I called Rose Taxi. They were late by 50 mins. When driver arrived I told him that can you please get to my destination that was just 7 minutes away (I have bit of emergency). He was very rude and told me that he need to pick up few more passenger before he can drop me. After he picked up other passenger he decided to drop that passengers first. I made a request again to drop me first and he said I WILL THROUGH YOU OUT OF TAXI NOW IF YOU ASK ME TO DROP YOU FIRST AGAIN. It is up to you if you want to open your mouth. I do not live in Anderson and now not at all comfortable to even get back this place.

Never use this company they lie and dont come when they are suppose to then hang up on you or dont answer ur call when ur calling back to ask where the cab is at?? So unprofessional and rude dont use this fly by night service....

Driver was extremely rude to me. I was treated like a beggar not a customer. He was doing a huge favor to give me a ride.

Was told 15 mins and it took them 35 mins to pick us up. Was also told my kids were free and then once they picked us up I was charged for two of my kids cos they were over the age of 13 but under the age of 16 let alone 18. Smh. 2nd time using there service and I wont use it again. Id rather beg and plead for a ride with someone ik VS calling them again..

I was told Id have to wait 20-25 mins I called back after 30 mins and was told Id have to wait another 10-15 mins I called back after 15 mins and was told Id have to wait another 5 mins. Its been 10 mins still no taxi smfh

Great service last minute for me guy was verry nice and held onto my carseat so i didnt have to carry it with me already had a handfull for toddler lol great service John is who i recommend

Just call ahead and they will be there! I called for a pick up for my daughter and they arrived early and even gave me a call saying they had picked her up!

They didnt right down my appointment and I couldnt make it to my sons (daddy son lunch day) told me I didnt say what I kno I said so I said listen to the recording and they told me to screw myself an walk would never call this taxi service and would never recommend

Theyre always late. Theyll tell you 30 minutes and then when you call and check after that estimate has expired the driver isnt even finished with the previous runs. Never use this service unless you want to wait around an extra 45 minutes.

Waited FOUR hours & their staff got an attitude when I got upset. Seriously.
