Awesome experience got to talk to somebody right away in and out of there in less than 20 minutes cool

Ive never asked for help before I got COVID-19 lost my job they were professional and courteous thank you

The case workers that they have working in there were so nice and this covid era and tried to get as much done for you as I possibly could so that it would be one stop it was really a good experience.

They only had 6 chairs in the waiting room. The service was nice and quick. I had to make an appt to see a caseworker for tomorrow

Medicare office for paperwork. Not at all busy. In and out.

Actually I visited this building for my Second COVID-19 SHOT.Much more convenient than the Anderson Health Dept.

Needs more informative staff and staff needs to all be on same page with one another.

I had to take the same documents up to them 3 times before they got it correct.

My wife applied for food stamps and got them very quickly

For being a government office, those ladies (ppl?) made everyone who walked in got a #, & was made to feel welcome, & made sure everyone was wearing a mask!

Their service is good and they will answer any questions that you may have

They get you in no waiting and are very helpful and curtious

We were lucky to have a very nice lady named Heather to help us with our case filing. She was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. She checked and rechecked her work and we had all the information that she needed to make the procedure quick and accurate. Everyone there was pleasant, in spite of the fact that sometimes things dont go the way a client wants it. She was able to help us and we will always be grateful. Walter Campbell

U noticed some of the case workers act like its A inconvenience To help you Some very rude. This I seen didnt go through it

Always got to recheck to make sure they did their job because they always mess paperwork up that you got to send in

Fell on hard times, applied for assistants and received emergency assistants immediately within 48hours. Staff was respectful towards my family circumstances & professional while going over paperwork. Never felt belittled during the process.

I only rated it 3 star because Ive never been there. It is a good service for people who really need it. Too many people are on it that shouldnt be, but that is not for me to decide!

Such an odd place to review. But, as agencies go This is the best run one Ive been too. It only gets 4 because its a government agency,and its not fun.

Took a friend there and they were prompt on getting a number and being helpful.

The main receptionist is/ was very short, impatient, rude and just plain unprofessional..

Visited to try and get copies of some my records, some odd reason some them werent on file. They must lost them. I can say they did see me pretty quick though and did their best to help me. Bonus walked into a job fair while there.

They let me know that I have insurance that I thought was cancelled ! And I was able to get ttwo surgeries so far !

I dont understand why people give these wonderful ladies such a hard time. They are so knowledgeable and really try to help you where they can.
